chapter nine:arcade date

After doing smut I regret so let's just pretend that didn't happen ok new chapter 😔

*No one's POV*
Xavier had finally asked Tyler out, after everything they went thru. their finally being able to express their love properly.
They were going to meet up at 11:00pm to go to the arcade (because they're 15 and I have no ideas) which was their friend groups favorite place but everyone was doing who knowns what. Xavier had just pulled up at Tyler's house. Tyler was outside waiting. Xavier got out of the car looking worried and hugged Tyler. "how long have you been standing out here it's cold?" Xavier asked concerned. "I'm fine, it's not even that cold besides I'm not a child" Tyler explained as Xavier walked Tyler to the car and opened the door for him.

They started driving off. Tyler was fidgeting with his rings as a sign of nervousness. Xavier noticed and grabbed Tyler's hand calming him down making him feel less stressed.

*Time skip to arcade because who are you to judge*

Tyler and Xavier were running around playing all the games in the Building. They made a game where whoever plays the most games wins. Right now it was a tie so they decided to take a break. "Gosh, I can barely breath" Xavier said panting. "Well, I'm perfectly fine. So Its obvious who's gonna win." Tyler replied with confidence. "Yea, me." "I meant me, peanut head" Tyler said. They both burst out laughing. Tyler couldn't help but stare at his beautiful boyfriend. He's madly in love It's insane. Xavier noticed and decided to break the awkward silence with a question as he was flusher as his boyfriends eyes kept looking him up and down.  "Say, which one have you not done yet" Xavier asked. "Oh I didn't do that one yet, it's the only one" Tyler said pointing to a really complicated looking game.  "It looked complicated so I saved it for last." Tyler explained. "That's the only one I have to..." Xavier admitted.

They both paused and looked at each other. Xavier put down his water bottle he was drinking and jumped over the table. Tyler grabbed Xavier's shirt and pulled him back while running ahead giving himself a head start. Xavier had fell but got up quite fast and ran and jumped over a table full of people. "SORRY!!" Xavier apologized looking back.  He caught up to Tyler and grabbed his arm and pulled him. Trying to run ahead but Tyler fell down and hung onto Xavier's leg and had a really  firm grip. And refused to let go. Xavier tried kicking Tyler off but ending up tripping himself. Tyler saw this as an opportunity,, that we was not gonna give up. Tyler let go and ran full speed with Xavier right behind him.

They both got to the game and was fighting over it until, "WAIT, ITS TWO PLAYER" Tyler whispered yelled. They both paused and looked at each other. " Suddenly I don't wanna play anymore I feel stupid, wanna call it a day" Xavier said embarrassed. "Yeah, we just caused a whole scene in a public arcade. I don't think I wanna play anymore" Tyler admitted. But all of a sudden everyone in the arcade started clapping including the workers. The couple was confused. Everyone was shouting 'play it'  over and over. Tyler and Xavier paid for the game with their card and played the whole game Infront everyone.

By the time the date was over the place was closing. "I had a great time, even tho I scratched myself up pretty bad when we were wrestling on the ground." Tyler laughed off the pain. "Yeah, my ankles been hurting ever since" Xavier laughed. They both laughed talking about the date all the way to the car. Tyler was spending the night at Xavier tonight. But that's gonna be in the next chapter.
