After a long while of looking, Ruby finally found her sister, reading something in the library. The youngest redhead sneaked behind her sister quietly.
"So you're a nerd now." Bloom screamed and the book fell from her hands and in the table with a loud thud making Miss Barbatea, the librarian, shush them. "Sorry." Ruby apologized in a whisper.
"Ruby, what do you think you're doing?" Bloom whisper-yelled. "You almost gave me a heart attack." Ruby sat down next to her sister with a lazy smile on her face.
"That was the point." Ruby whisper-yelled back, mockingly which made her sister roll her eyes. "What are you reading anyways?" She leaned closer to see what it was and saw drawings of jewels and objects. "Please tell me you didn't turn into an old lady that likes old trinkets. I would much rather for you to be a nerd, please."
"Of course not, Ruby. I'm looking for information about Stella's ring so I can figure out why the witches wanted it so bad." Bloom explained. "And I think I found it. Look."
Ruby looked at the book while Bloom flipped the page to the next one where a representation of Stella's ring was.
"The Sword of Power?" Ruby read. "I'm pretty sure it was a scepter."
"Just read." Bloom said.
Ruby sighed but, did it anyways.
"The Sword of Power part of the lineal rite of the princess of the sun and moon of Solaria."
"That means it belongs to Stella." Bloom told Ruby and the latter looked at her older sister with a raised eyebrow.
"I mean, you didn't know? Stella doesn't exactly look like the type to steal jewelry and not only because she's rich."
"We have to tell the others." Bloom said saving the book in the shelf and dragging Ruby to the room. "Guys, we figured out something about the ring." She said brusting into the appartment.
"Actually it's something you all should know." Ruby said.
The whole group of girls gathered in Flora, Bloom and Ruby's room to hear what they had to say.
"That means that ring belongs to you." Bloom said to Stella.
"Of course it does, I could have told you that myself, the sword ring has been in my family, well, forever." The blonde said.
"Again, it's a fucking scepter." Ruby said while sketching in her new sketchbook.
"Yeah but, that doesn't tell us why the witches are so eager to have it." Bloom said.
"Well, it is an important and valuable object." Flora pointed out.
"The Trix aren't common criminals there's got to be something else to it." Stella said.
"Uh, excuse me I must have missed something." Bloom interrupted. "Who are The Trix?"
Ruby looked away from her sketchbook and towards her sister in disbelief.
"Oh, well that's the nickname we gave our three favourite witches." Musa explained with a chuckle.
"Bloom, you do know that they've already adressed them as such in front of us, right?" Ruby asked, worried that her sister might suffer from alzheimer.
"They did? Oh yeah, the night we met them." Ruby sighed in relief. "Anyhow, I discovered other very interesting things about your ring in the book that I found at the library."
"I think I missed those things." Ruby said looking at her drawing. It was a simple drawing of a hand about to turn off a switch labled 'feelings'.
"According to the legend the sword of Solaria was created a long time ago, nobody remembers when." Bloom told everyone. "It was sculpted out of a stone immersed on the spring of light which still flows today and is one of the many gifts offered by the great sacred fire and the powerful balanced essence together."
