Billie was under the moon today.  If someone were to ask her to cry, her tears would have formed an ocean. She kicked stones across the concrete floor as her eyes blinked back droplets. Her hair flowed in the wind like a cascade of light blue, visible perfume. Spinkles of her matching eyeliner flew away from her eyelids, closing in every second on her grey irises. She could not bear to think about today, or yesterday, or the day before....

She looked up from the ground and at her house a few yards away. She brang her keys out of her pocket and rubbed her eyes, spinkling more of her makeup onto her neck, chains weighing it down slightly. With a twist and turn of her keys in the keyhole, her door creaked open. She looked around at the tarnished, mess of a house she has. Nothing could have been better. Billie flicked her slip-ons off and slumped on the sofa, too woeful for herself to care if she was getting hot in her coat or not. She switched on her phone and checked the time. Forty-five past one. If only the days would go a bit faster. For the past few days time moving on slower than a slug. Its all because of him. There was no one else to blame for the wall she'd run into. It was made of pure brick, blocking her from happiness. She broke up into the tears that had been long hidden behind her lenses.  There was nothing nor no one who could stop the tsunami of fluids flushing out her eyes with every blink. They spread out across her face in evey direction.

But it never started off this way.
