What am i even Doing?

So far the first few weeks of school have gone by. The two girls that I feel like I have befriended Jackie and Florence and i were laughing at our awkward teacher.

Then it came to the time of lunch. Right after lunch this girl I think the teacher said was Eva. I have only seen her a couple of times in this class. So immediately I was curious.

Then she did something that surprised me. She didn't go to the desk she usually went to. She sat right next to me. During that all of us just started playing something sort of like 20 questions. But one question that I remember was the question about our families.

This is what surprised me the most when it was Eva's turn to answer the question. Pretty much she has a very complicated family but that isn't what had me stunned. It was that she was so open about talking about it.

I remember staring at her face to see if she was lying at all. But from her face i knew she was telling the truth. While she was telling her story about her family in my mind i didn't understand she would tell us this.Hell she doesn't even know my last name. So to put my mind at ease i asked her a simple question.

"Why are telling us this." Her simple reply was "The more people that know the better." When she said that i couldn't think of anything else, and i kept it like that.
