3rd person POV:
"Today the day, me and mommy are to the doctor to see what kind of quirk I have" Reign thought as he got dressed and began making his way down stairs, his mother was in the kitchen making omelets for him and his father.
Reign's POV:
"good morning!" I said cheerfully as sat down waiting for breakfast, Dad was reading a newspaper while sipping on his coffee.
Mommy put plate of food down in front of me and I thanked her and began eating. "existed to see what your quirk's gonna be, Reign? Dad said while folding his newspaper and putting it down in front of him.
"yeah I bet it's gonna be something awesome like All Might's quirk" i said after finishing my breakfast. "Reign finish your juice so we can go, you don't want to be late now do you?" mommy said and I forced the orange juice down my throat as I grabbed my backpack and walked with mommy to the car. "bye dad see you later!!" I yelled cheerfully from the door before heading to the car.
Author's note: I'll explain Reign's parents' quirks as well as their names and hero identities later on in the story, I just don't think it's relevant right now.
At the quirk doctor.
3rd person POV:
We see a very impatient Reign sitting next to his mother in the waiting room. "Reign Kuno? Doctor Nishi is reading to see you, please go to room 3" the nurse said as he point towards room 3. Reign and his mother got up and made their way to doctor Nishi, Reign was shaking with excitement as the doctor ran a few tests and after what felt like an eternity doctor Nishi came back in with the results.
"it seems to be a mutant quirk called predator, according to the info on it you have razor sharp claws and venomous fangs." Reign was happy to know he has such a awesome quirk but some strange feeling in his gut told that his mother clearly doesn't approve of his new quirk. "hmm it seems you are able to regenerate wounds by drinking blood" that statement made his mother's blood boil as they thanked the doctor and left, she gripped little Reign's arm and practically dragged him out of the building. "mommy y-you're hurting my ar-"
He could barely finish his when his mom snapped at him "shut up brat!"
Reign didn't understand why his mother was suddenly so mad at him and just simply stayed quiet.
Okay guys that's it for chapter one I hope you guys enjoyed it.
As you could probably tell this story is gonna have some abuse and neglect in it so I apologize in advance if you're not comfortable with it.
