i have bad writers block and im having trouble constructing ideas but i tried making a new chapter
spidey pov:
i was just looking for crimes when i stumbled across a small child crying loudly.He looked about 4 years old whit a sign on him saying Hi i couldnt take care of him please help him i couldnt help but feel responsible to help the child, i walked up to him and he was visibly shivering.He saw me and he seemed so happy to see me he then said "Spiderman im your biggest fan!!!" and i responded "aww thank you but we need to go to the police station they are gonna help you there" he then frowned and started to tear up and said "please dont i dont want to get put in another orphanage please take me whit you" he was now fully crying .
i suddenly had an idea: aunt may died 6 months ago and since that ive been living alone in a small apartment, rent wasnt a struggle because of my photography job So i decided to adopt him...Im 16. welp i dont care its going to be a secret. "fine you can come im adopting you" "THANK yOU SO MUCH" i picked him up and started swinging to my apartment He gripped on tighter visibly scared of heights. we got to the apartment where i took off my mask and told him "my names Peter Parker" "My names Jacob " i flashed him a wide smile "Well Jacob this is my apartent and this is your room.. luckily i had a spare bed i dunno why. After we went shopping for some things for his room the total was 122 dollars i payed up and we decorated his room.
_-Time Skip to 4 months-_
I got used to waking up and making Jacob and I breakfast. At 8Am i woke him up and we had breakfast i sent him to daycare at 10am and started my patrol until his daycare was done at 3Pm when he walked home . But this time it was diffrent... the avengers chased me.. Normal but this time they somehow drugged me and catched me.
_Present time_
i just woke up and i had no mask on a big nono but i realized memories flooded in... JACOB a bigger nonoi saw a clock and it was 4pm.. i realized i have to escape and realized i have to make a good plan whitout making anyone notice i started listening in on the avengers and they we're saying "peter parker 16 years old lives in apartment C19 Street: living hellfire (i randomly created that info) lets go check whats there" jacob was home so i have to get out i looked at the room and saw a window i tried opening it but it was locked and made out of a hard material, relief hit because i had super strength i grabbed my mask broke the window whit a punch and then fleed i raced to the aparatment to see it half wall broken and the avengers whit Jacob infront of them . Jacob saw me and said "PAPA help" i latched onto him and tried webbing away but i was slower whit a child the avengers chased and shot my web down i was falling .. i couldent let Jacob get hurt so i landed on my back while he was on my stomach so he didint get damage i was on the verge of passing out when i saw jacob holding the avengers whit telepathy and he screamed "DONT HURT HIM" i finally was too tired for this shit and passed out i woke up in a medical room whit jacob beside me in a bed i quickly hugged him and i realized an avenger specifically Tony Stark was next to me he said "wasnt expecting you to break that glass welp hey kiddo why are you spiderman" i started explaining and
