Devon POV
I woke up with sun shining brightly into the room causing me to somewhat groan. I hate bright rooms, especially when waking up because it's so blinding. I rather prefer dark room, I find it comfortable and basically my to go to place. I sat up and yawned happy that we're going back to LA today, finally be an able to sleep in my own bed agai-... We don't know the time of the flight and all the things we need to get our tickets at the airport.
"fuck" I quietly muttered rubbing my face with my hands before slouching back into the couch and throwing my head back.
"what was that about?" I heard Billie's sleepy voice ask from the bed while it sounded like she was getting her phone from the nightstand.
"we don't know the time of the flight and neither the things to get the tickets" I said in somewhat defeat because this just seriously isn't going as planned.
"hold up let me message my mom real quick then a plan can be made" she said starting to type away on her phone.
"I can just go get Ryan so we can call his dad again and ask about all those things" I said which was just a plan B, I'll rather wait and hear what plan Maggie comes up with but I swear to every living person... I won't let them allow paying plane tickets for us.
"my mom says that could work but if it fails then you we can buy you guys the plane tickets" Billie said and walked over here sitting down next to me, I took a quick glance at het somewhat surprised that she's still in yesterday's clothes but I'm rather not going to say anything.
"well then here's some money if you know where Ryan's room is" she said handing me some money so I took it and looked at her.
"thanks, I'm paying Starbucks next time again" I joked making her laugh a bit causing me to smile.
"I'll be back later" I said and stood up making my way to the door to leave.
"YOUR ONLY PAYING IF YOUR FAST ENOUGH!" she yelled while I walked out closing the door behind me with a smile on my face. That girl is something else, I swear.
Later
I repeatedly knock on the door of the room that's supposed to belong to Leon and Xeyli, the door finally opened revealing a tired looking Leon who's brows furrowed in confusion.
"we don't have the flight time and neither the things to get the tickets. Billie gave me some money so we can go make a call, c'mon" I said not giving him a choice as I grabbed him by his arm and pulled him so he just pulled the door closed.
"are you serious?" he asked with a groan while we make our way to the elevator.
"yes"
Later
"hey dad... Yeah the reason why I'm calling is because I wanted to talk about the plane tickets. We don't have a time and neither the things to get the tickets at the airport" Leon said talking to boss and that leaves me to impatiently stand close waiting for him to finish.
"oh ok, yes dad" he said before hanging up and turned to me then walked across the street to the hotel.
