"MOM?!" I yelled for my mom as I stood up from my bed and walked out of my room.
"KITCHEN!" I heard her yell back so I made my way to her seeing she's busy with making the food.
"Alex is busy for the next week so she'll let me know when she's free again" I said leaning against the kitchen counter watching her cut some cucumber.
"ok sounds good. Is this why you two meet up so late at night?" she asked looking suspiciously at me with her brows raised.
"mom she's a normal person who has a job" I said getting a head nod from her as she continues cutting the food.
"probably works good for her money if she can afford a nineteen sixties Ford Mustang" dad said walking into the kitchen and out the backyard for some fresh air.
"sup" Fin said as he walked into the kitchen and leaned on the counter next to me.
"how's your feelings towards her?" he asked referring to Alex causing mom to also look at me waiting for my answer.
"oh shut up" I groaned and walked back to my room having a weird feeling in my stomach as I think about her while just hearing him laugh a bit.
Later
"been a while" Zoe said as I walked to an empty chair and putting my drink on the table.
"yeah it have been, kinda missed this Starbucks" I said and looked out the window to where the accident had happened.
"don't look there" Drew said so I looked down letting out a breath i didnt know I was holding.
('letting out a breath i didn't know I was holding' gets used SOOOOO many times dayumn)
"i try" I said taking a few glances so now and then until I saw her walking out of an alley with the same clothes she wore the very first time we met but her jacket is just tied around her waist.
"Bil- oh Alex" Drew said once she had spotted who I was looking at. She had her dealing bag with her so I might just leave her to do her job.
"do you wanna go talk to her?" Zoe asked so I just sighed and shook my head knowing Alex might be heading to her next location.
"no she said she was having a busy week so she might be busy with her job or on her way" I said getting nods from them as I took a sip from my drink.
"I don't know if it's just me or has she gotten hotter- like her body physique I mean" Zoe said causing Drew to slightly lean to get a better view of Alex.
"mhm, yeah she definitely did" Drew said as the two of them now looked at me wiggling their brows.
"no" is all I said knowing they are going to tell me to try and make a move or something on her.
