Instructor Owlan hurried over to the injured Link, his long silver hair draping over his shoulders, as he carefully manoeuvred his unconscious body into his arms. Slowly lifting the boy, he kept a firm yet gentle grip on the student, as he spoke towards Y/N.
'Thank you, Y/N'
Owlan spoke sincerely, sparing her a faint and rather sympathetic glance before rushing back to the Knight Academy, to attend to Link's rather poor condition.
Meanwhile, Master Gaepora did not share the same sincerity, a stern expression remaining on his face, as his thick grey brows furrowed heavily over his eyes. Y/N pursed her lips upon seeing his expression, cursing internally at herself. Bringing Link here would most definitely have repercussions for herself. Her beliefs were confirmed when Gaepora followed these harsh looks with an equally daunting response of his own:
'Meet me at my office'
He ordered, his tone unwavering and unsympathetic. With his hands interlinked together behind his back, he began to saunter off, as he followed in the same direction that Owlan had gone.

Y/N reluctantly hovered outside of Gaepora's office, her heartrate elevated as she stood, anticipating the upcoming conversation. With great hesitation, she raised her hand, giving a faint knock, which was followed with a stern
'Come in'.
What was most unnerving about his voice, was the near lack of emotion behind it. Slowly entering, and quietly shutting the door behind herself, she turned to face Gaepora, but her eyes failed to meet with his.
'Where's my daughter, Y/N?
His sudden voice interrupted her thoughts, as her E/C eyes finally flickered up to meet his. Gulping, she worked quickly to defend herself.
'I...I don't know. I was just by the graveyard, and I saw a huge black tornado-'
She motioned the exaggerated size with her hands, as she frantically spoke. But, at the mention of the tornado, Gaepora quickly cut her off.
'What did you do to her? Why did you not bring her back too? Is this all your doing?!'
His voice quickly began to raise, and in a blind rage, he walked forward, gripping onto Y/N's wrist tightly, as he raised her hand to focus on the inverted triangle on the back of her hand.
'Its because of this, isn't it?!'
He yelled, to which Y/N yelled back with just as much vigour.
'I told you I didn't do anything! I helped him'
She emphasised, addressing Link, for there was no Zelda for her to save. But before either of them could barter anymore words, they were interrupted by Owlan hurriedly entering the room. Before the silver-haired male could update Gaepora on Link's situation, he was met with quite the sight. Quickly, he shot a glare towards Gaepora, who, in realisation, loosened his grip. Y/N took her chance to rip her hand away, barging past the two as she forced her way through the large wooden door, slamming it behind herself.
'Why do you do this, Gaepora?'
Owlan scowled as he spoke disapprovingly of the whole ordeal.
'You know she's not to blame!'
He insisted. But Gaepora himself was not convinced.
'You can't be sure of that. It's only because you spend so much time with the girl, but bad omens always occur in her presence'
