IN THE DEEPER PARTS OF THE FOREST, Duri continued his pursuit in finding the two flowers, with Purge's assistance, he was able to survive the storm.

The young nature wielder held onto a tree for support, panting as he wiped the sweat off of his face as his legs shook from tiredness. Who wouldn't be tired after walking almost a hundred kilometers?

"Master, please, rest for a moment. I know you're desperate for this, but if you tire yourself out you won't be able to reach it." - Purge

"Fine... fine, I'll rest... seems like the exhaustion got to me even with your abilities... please watch the surrounding area... let me take a nap here..."

Duri took in a sharp exhale as he sat down, leaning his back against the tree trunk. The nature wielder then succumbed into exhaustion as the gem could only fall silent.

Purge then made a barrier around Duri to protect him from the weather, then, there beside the sleeping brunet was a grey-haired spirit, looking down at him with a soft gaze.

"I wonder... how are you able to keep yourself in tact for so long..? Why is it that I long for your presence for this long..?"

The spirit mumbled to himself as he laid his head on Duri's shoulder, watching the storm from outside the barrier, his heart filled with longing, it conflicted him so.

It was odd, really, why would such a powerful and independent power source be looking for a boy who was yet to know the odds he had against the entire universe. Purge let out a heavy sigh as he closed his eyes.

"If this is the feeling of bliss... then I'll always be by your side..."

MEANWHILE, the Temper Duo found themselves with Ignatius and Verglas. The twins holding each others hands as they both looked at the fire and ice wielders who have more experience in their element.

The four weren't alone as there was Oberon and Gempa right behind the two twins. Seemingly obeserving what may happen to the two guides and the Temper Duo, they were both assigned to protect after all.

"So! Me and Ignatius will train you in order to, well, make you stronger!" - Verglas

"Mhm. It will be simple... yet difficult at the same time. One must inherit both concentration and patience in this training."

Ignatius muttered, rubbing his eye as his younger brother flashed the twins a smile. The Temper Duo's gotta admit, they were both nervous of what lies ahead.

"Will we be separated? And... and how long will this training take?" - Ais

"Simple. You two will be separated into a more suited environment for your elements. As for how long, a week." - Ignatius

"AND! Well, this is heavily expected, but you two spar with each other to test out who's the strongest!"

Verglas cheered, raising a fist upward as his older brother deadpanned at his demeanor. Ais' breath hitched, squeezing his brother's hand as Blaze gazed at him, frowning.
