Author Note: Basically an explanation from last chapter.
Probably gonna be the second to last chapter there's probably only gonna be one or two more after this so yeah :) also this chapters reallllly short sorry I just didn't wanna end the whole thing in this one chapter:) also thanks to eemotionaldamage for editing ❤️ love ya
Kai speaks up first: "Ok so I know I said I've seen you guys do worse in the last chapter, but I was joking! WHAT IS THIS? When did this happen?! Explain to me please!" He yells. Chapter? What is this kid talking about?
"Yeah! Explain," Sam echoes.
"What's this about one year? What did we all fail to realize?" I ask, incredibly confused.
They both look at us and I see Ty take a big breath before starting. "Ok so as you can tell Gyu and I are dating, wow! Big surprise! Like y'all couldn't have figured that out on your own,' and today's our one-year anniversary. Nothing more to it," he says in a very dry tone like we were supposed to know all this already.
"Ok one, we all shipped it that's why we were following you cause we thought you two would finally grow a pair and ask each other out. Two, happy anniversary you two," Sam says calmly.
"When did ya'll get together!?" Kai asks shyly.
"Wellllll," Gyu starts, "I confessed to Ty first, on accident though. Basically last year today we were walking around in the group looking for food and we passed a park so I told Ty 'Come here tonight with me so I can confess to you,' but you see I was supposed to say 'Wanna come here tonight to hang out?'. I just panicked and when Ty didn't answer I was confused so I said 'What?' Then Ty went 'You just confessed,'. So in more of a panic I ran. We still ended up meeting there that night and I'm not gonna go and say anything about that," Guy says in one breath, exhaling sharply when he finishes. Yeah, it sounds like something Gyu would do.
"Sounds fun, the parents and the wine uncles! Our family is complete!" Kai screams out! As we laugh all together a few seconds later.
After that whole debacle, we head back to the car and decide we need to head further from here.
