Part 13: When he takes care of you

"4:00 PM"

Jungkook woke up feeling some movements from Hazel. Jungkook looked towards Hazel and saw her sweating so much while mumbling something. I quickly took a piece of cloth and dipped in water. After squeezing the cloth, I started to wipe the sweats from her forehead and tried to calm her down.

Jungkook: Relax love. Relax...Try to sleep.

Jungkook's Pov...

I saw her calming down a bit. I put the cloth on her forehead dipping it in water again. I kissed her hand and went downstairs to make some food for her. When she will wake up, I will heat it up.

While cooking the food, my phone rang. I saw the caller ID and picked up the phone.

On call...

Jungkook: Yes Taehyung?

Taehyung: Is everything alright in your house? I mean did you forgive her?

Jungkook: I made a huge mistake, Taehyung.

Taehyung: What mistake?

Jungkook: For my stupid silent treatment, she... fall sick. She is still unconscious.

Taehyung: What the hell are you saying?!Please tell me in details.

I told him everything.

Taehyung: I told you not to do this. Now make sure to take good care of her. I called you to stop your silent treatment but good that you stopped before me telling you to do so.

Jungkook: I know, Taehyung. I am waiting for her to wake up. I will scold her for skipping her meals. Look what she has done to herself.

Taehyung: It's your fault. She skipped her meals for you.

Jungkook: Hey did I tell her to do this?

Taehyung: Enid told me everything. Hazel said she won't touch a single food for 2 to 3 days until you forgive her. She was not getting the punishment from you only, she was punishing herself too. She told Enid that the past few weeks she ignored your handmade food but now when you were mad at her how could she eat peacefully? Enid thought she will skip her meals for 2 to 3 days but she skipped it for 2 weeks straight. I can't believe it!

Jungkook: Is she stupid? How can she punish herself just for my forgiveness (teary eyes)?

Taehyung: She truly loves you dude. Otherwise she would never do this kind of stupidity. Please talk to her and never make her suffer like this.

Jungkook: Don't worry...I won't. And I am hanging up now. I need to feed her the soup.

Taehyung: Okay...bye.

Author's Pov...

Suddenly Jungkook heard the sound of glass breaking from his room. He hurriedly ran upstairs to his room only to see the the glass shattered on the floor and Hazel was struggling to sit up.
He immediately held her from her shoulder and helped her to sit up.

Jungkook: Are you mad?! You would've call me if you wanted water?!Wait here.

Hazel was shocked to see Jungkook talking to her. She saw him cleaning the shattered glass pieces and giving her a new glass of water.
