3 Months Later...
Hannah's pregnancy became more obvious and it was getting shameful for Kemi and Hannah. Kemi stopped going to school and took over her mom's shop, things weren't easy for them but they had no option.

Kemi went about selling goods in the shop and sometimes sales were good while sometimes sales were as bad.

One afternoon in the shop, Kemi thought of schooling in a less cheaper school, she thought of Hannah selling goods in the shop while she goes to school because Kemi didn't joke with her education. Infact things became worse and kemi thought it would have been better if she hadn't tasted wealth, but she had and went back to square one.

Hannah she said, I think I should continue schooling while you sell her, after all you won't stress yourself, the job doesn't require stress and people will pity you seeing that you're pregnant. Hannah liked the idea and so the next day Kemi went to check a school In their neighborhood and got one, Cornerstone Secondary School.

The school was a rip off but Kemi had to endure, she started school there a week later and it was nothing different from a government school.

On her first day, people thought she was a little weird because she spoke in diction. Most of them even said “Na nose dis one dey talk from" while some adored it.

One morning Kemi was getting ready for school, she remembered how early she needed to get to school, if not she'd be canned. She hastened up and got to school by 7:00 am.
Kemi was on her own in school because she didn't really feel like associating, the only person she talked to was her best friend Tamilore, she didn't have enough education as Kemi but she was okay, she mixed Yoruba and English when talking.

Kemi, wait!, Tami said.

Kemi looked back and saw Tami then stopped.

Hi, she said.
I've not seen you all day she said, I was so busy said Tami.

Anyway I have gist for you, Kemi asked what it was and then Tami said there were new boys coming to their school, rumors says their siblings and their parents are so rich, they're dad wanted them to know what it feels like to be in a government school for a whole class.

Hold on, did you say their dad wants them to have an experience of government school? Kemi said looking shocked.
