"You've faced something terrifying, Yet you've overcome that"

He saw her, walking in that rain. Nana looked unusually upset while walking alone, her entire attire changed however, once Y/N appeared. They were headed to the agency, Together. Nobody darted an eye, no one mentioned how close they were. Many mentioned that they looked like a couple. With their matching suits at special occasions, and their gifts that they prepared only for each other. But surely that wasn't the case, They were good friends, Best friends. He however, Loved her. That was the short explanation, Otherwise, Y/N could go on and on about the glorious things he loved about Nana. It's a real shame, Really. It was a shame because Nana didn't love him. Love was the most confusing thing he'd ever run into. He lost himself when thinking about his first love, he was also disappointed looking back.;
A hazel-eyed blondie with a cute persona was his first, 'Ryoshu Kyota' was his first. Ah, sorry, First love.
Y/N was 19 at that time, Young love kicked in. Hormones took over, Eventually every morning he'd wake up next to her. Their relationship was so clean and stable, a little too much. Y/N got bored. Bored of waking up to the same morning routine, barely being able to go out on dates. Ryoshu herself was a bit possessive over Y/N. Whenever she saw him discussing with another female she'd rage silently, then confront him and scold him as if he were a child that got into trouble. However, Ryoshu was also quite comforting. Her soft, marshmallow scented attire was so calming and relieving. Her sparkly and beady eyes gazing over at Y/N's teary, dark brown ones. Ryoshu was pretty, loving and gentle. She was also roughly obsessive. When Nana found out about Y/N's relationship, She was supportive and trustworthy. Y/N was thankful. Nana helped him throughout the rough patches in his love life. For example, When Ryoshu began yelling and ignoring Y/N, Who was there to comfort him? Nana was there. She was the only one who cared. Cared enough to spend hours at a park, when it was pouring rain just to comfort her friend who was in need of love advice. Nana didn't exactly interact with Ryoshu. She seemed distant to Nana.
However, that never stopped Nana from talking to her boyfriend. They were best friends after all, nothing more. Their friendship seemed better than Y/N's love life, it wasn't a thought, it was a fact. A genuine fact.
No matter how much everyone denied it, Y/N and Nana were closer than ever. Ryoshu never picked on Nana, nor did she seem to hate her. They just didn't talk. Perhaps, exceptions were made during educational purposes, but overall they rarely even made eye-contact. Everything had gone smoothly, Until disaster struck.
Ryoshu was found; Body crippled and bloody, laying ever so lifelessly on the hardtop ground. She jumped, off a building. It was so out of the blue, Nothing seemed wrong with Ryoshu. Typical popular girl, straight A's, no parental issues and barely showed unwanted emotions. Honestly, Y/N felt hurt. Not only because he didn't even know that she was going through something, he was hurt because Ryoshu didn't even tell him. Did she not trust him?
Just before University, it just had to be. Stress weighed a ton on him, he struggled to go a day without a bunch of thoughtless apologies.
"Y/N, I heard about Ryoshu. If you ever need to talk to anyone, I'm here"
-One said. Y/N however, didn't need anyone to talk to. He had Nana, who talked to him everyday. Unlike most people at University; Nana was supportive, and loving, nice and trustworthy. People here could deceive him, criticise him and blame him. Nana wouldn't, she didn't. She couldn't.
Y/N knew exactly why. Nana was a goddamn angel in a human body. Her delicate, soft pale skin. Those glossy and dark black eyes. Her beautiful and welcoming attire, and the way her voice mimics the voice of a goddess. She was perfect. The perfect girl, but was she his perfect girl? Would she be his perfect girl?
Question, followed by question. Love, a trance of patterning and continuation.
However, the past was the past. It didn't die however.
Present;
Y/N's wings fluttered and shivered as he watched Nana shake the rain off her jacket. "Y/N, love I thank you again." Nana spoke as she hung both coats. Y/N smiled and walked Nana to her office.
"I would've brought my car, Nana. It just needs a little repair however.," Y/N mentioned. "Is that so?" Nana laughed, "Drunk jackass carved into it thinking it was their ex" He sighed. Nana burst out laughing. "It's a bit silly, I understand" Y/N laughed too.
"How about we go after shift 5?" Nana took his hand and smiled. The man's face was a light red shade, he instantly agreed.
"Well then, it's settled!" Nana squealed.
By the way, if your one of those curious and obsessive types of people; The words 'Fuck you and fuck me' were scrapped onto the car.
We shall discuss again, soon.
