I slowly stood up. My legs were trembling. It was driving me crazy, so I sat back down. No one said anything.
"Teal," I said, breaking the tension. She stood. "Do you know anything about this magic?"
"It looks like a magic barrier, it can only be broken when the writing on it has been done, meaning these strange letters have a message written on them," she stated.
"It says I can't leave 'til the Harvest Festival is over, or when Laxus says so, which ever comes last," I read. I was currently standing so of course I fell straight on my back. The wind was knocked out of me, but I looked emotionlessly at the hole in the ceiling. "Well that sucks," I muttered.
"Erza," I started, she jumped a little from seriousness in my voice. "Tell Laxus to meet me here tomorrow at midnight, I have to speak with him," A smirk appeared on my face. "Thanks," I said not waiting for an answer. I st up and jumped through the hole in the ceiling.
"And if he doesn't show up, tell him I'll be him worst nightmare," I hissed, venom dripping from my voice. I chuckled, making the tension in the room increase. A few minutes passed and Teal flew up.
"Some show you put on there," she laughed.
"I thought if Erza seemed semi-scared he might listen. Most likely I'll go down there and beat his punk ass," I sighed. We talked for a while longer and I got tired and went to bed.

When I woke up, the festival had begun. I looked out the window to see everyone having fun. I sighed.
"It's time," I heard a growl.
"You," I murmured, voice dripping with venom.
"You're coming with me, Freed, let her go," he commanded. The barrier was dropped, and I flew at him with everything I had. He stumbled backwards, then became outraged. He punched me out the window, into the street. He jumped down and held me by the neck. I dug my fingernails into his skin, he didn't move. I pushed harder, breaking the skin. He let go, as well as I.
"Evergreen, turn her to stone, catch her in a frightened stance. It'll be more dramatic," he chuckled. I looked to my left to see a girl a little older than me take off a pair of glasses. I went at her, then blackness. I could see nothing. I could only hear.

I caught the scent of Lilee, she was close, too. Then, Laxus walked onto the stage in front, with a stone statue of Lilee in the middle of charging. Lucy gasped, as well as everyone else.
"What did you do to her!" I heard a rampaging Teal scream. Then she grew in size, her wings turning into those of an angel's.
"I said WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER!" she raged. Laxus chuckled.
"You won't be seeing your short tempered friend in a while. Unless Evergreen has a change of mind. So don't get your hopes up. But, I will let her go for, hmm, 5 minutes. Let her go, Evergreen," he smirked.

I was unfrozen and I punched Laxus square in the jaw.
"If you ever, I mean EVER do that again, I will personally rip your tongue out and feed it to wolves," I growled, in a voice so low, only he could hear. He stumbled back, scared of my tone. I was dead serious. I jumped off the stage and found Teal.
"What are you doing full sized?" I asked.
"Well I was about ready to attack until he let you go, it's weird being taller that you," she laughed.
"Whatever," I sighed. I was attack hugged by Lucy.
"Oh you're OK! I was so worried and felt so bad!" She sobbed.
"Yes, I'm fine, you can , let go of me now," I wheezed from not getting air. She let go and laughed.
"You wanna fight! You got one!" I heard Laxus screamed. I sensed an attack come and I absorbed it with water and attacked him with the electric water. He fell back, then immediately got back up.
"If the you want a fight, let's go somewhere else." I hissed. I started walking to an open plain, when I was electrocuted. I fell to me knees in pain.
"Lilee!" I heard Lucy yell.
"I'm fine!" I yelled standing up, "Get back, I don't want you guys hurt," They did as told and I faced Laxus. I got in a fighting stance, and so did he. He came at me and I jumped over him, punching his back as I did so. He doubled over and I stood back.
"You're holding back, why? I already know you're a Dragon Slayer, so why hold back, there's no sense in it. Why? Are trying to make me mad? If you keep holding back I'm going to get really angry," He was getting fed up.
"I get it already! OK, you're right, I'm a Dragon Slayer, you figured out my secret. What are you gonna do about it?" I snapped back.
"You little bitch," he hissed. He came at me and shot a lighting bolt at me. I dodged it and kicked him in the back.
"WHY ARE YOU HOLDING BACK!? DO YOU THINK I NOT STRONG ENOUGH!" He screeched.
"That's it! I've had it, you think you're so tough! You're such a fake! You're not even a real Dragon Slayer! You're dad just thought you were weak! That's right. I can read you like a book, pathetic," I growled. He gasped. I was done with his stupidity.
"Water Dragon Wing Attack!" I yelled out, knocking him back a few yards. The others didn't hear our little conversation and were amazed at what had just gone down. I walked up to him, picked him up by the collar of his shirt, and punched him in the face, knocking him back even more so, than he already was. He chuckled. I laughed harder.
"You think you can scare me? That's just the funniest thing in the world. HEY TEAL! ISN'T IT A JOKE HOW HE THINKS HE CAN SCARE ME! I MAY NEED TO GET MY EARS CHECKED IT'S SO RIDICULOUS!" I yelled out loud enough for her to hear. I heard her laugh a little, then put her poker face back on, which was the most expressionless face I've ever seen.
I felt something stab through my chest.
