Trouble with the Bad Boy

Chapter 1 // Well that was rude, don't you think?

Screw my life. Guess every teenager would say that some time in their life. Everything was perfectly fine when I was a kid. My parents would give me anything I want even if I didn't get A's or even B's in my classes. I could still remember that time when I couldn't even spell 'cake' correctly. But don't get me wrong; I study. My only problem is focus-I can't seem to concentrate hard enough than other kids. Things I read just pass through the other ear. Now that I'm sixteen and have grown into a lady, things have changed for me. I needed to put more effort in everything I do-especially in my studies. Love? I don't have time for that.

"For Monday's sake Riley, hurry up!" my head snapped to the door. Tyler. I smiled after putting on the last step of my look for the day-my pale brown lipstick.

"Stop banging the door! I'm almost done!" I yelled back at my older brother. I took a step back, making sure my body fits the long-length mirror. I was ready for the day. I wore my white lace romper and a pair of plain white sneakers. My long brunette hair was messy pushed side-wards and I had a white hair tie as my bracelet. Yes, all white. I don't know, I just love white and any color near it. It's simple. Not too dull, not too edgy. Just... right.

I did a few poses in front of the mirror and swear, if the Kardashians and Jenners saw it, they would be totally ashamed of themselves. I finally decided to get out so I swung my black studded backpack on my shoulder and walked out the door. "What took you so long?" Tyler complained and followed me downstairs, his complaints never ending.

We passed by the table and I grabbed a toast and an apple. Not too much but hey, it's still yummy. When we arrived at the parking lot, I turned to him and shot him a glare, making him stop his non-ending complaints.

"You know, I sometimes wish you were a girl. Then we could understand each other and you would stop bugging me with questions you could search on Google." I said and gave him a disappointed look.

He just rolled his eyes at me. "Well I'm sorry I have a dick."

Ladies and gentlemen, I present you my dick-head brother.

"Ew, you're such a creep." I said with disgust written all over my face. I didn't listen anymore to his reply and just fished out the car keys from my bag. When I got a hold of it, I opened the door and turned on the engine. "Gotta go. And bring me some pizza when you get home. Oh- and don't forget-lots of pineapples-"

"And mushrooms." he finished with a bored expression.

I gave him a cheeky grin and waved at him one last time before driving out the parking lot.

"Yeah, and she poured her fruit shake all over me."

"O-oh my god, that's h-hilarious! Y-y-you're sick!" Reese said in between laughter.

Blue pulled out his handkerchief and gave it to Reese, indicating her to wipe off her tears. "Here, babe."

Reese barely smiled, still laughing out loud. "T-thanks, b-baby." she said as she wiped off those tears.

Here I am with my friends in the open field. Forming a circle, we told each other our experiences on summer break. It was Chloe's turn and she explained to us about a girl named Samantha whom she met on a five-day cruise. Somehow, her story turned from them being friends to the girl's bitchy attitude behind her innocent face. Instead of being serious, we laughed to lighten up her mood.

"So? What happened next?" Connor asked, his voice rising with excitement.

Chloe rolled her eyes. "I pushed her into the pool. Duh." she stated the obvious.
