3: First date

A/N: Finally, we have come to the first date! I'm so sorry for the slow update on this book. But here it is.

It's been about one week since Akita came to live in Ninjago and to stay with the others in the monastery. And everything has been quite great. Everyone was welcoming Akita to the family.

But Lloyd wanted to do something special with Akita. He wanted to ask her out on a date.

(Lloyd's POV):

I walked into the living room where the others were playing video games. Well... Akita was watching them play.

"Hey, Akita? Can I talk to you privately. Please?" I asked Akita.
"Sure, Lloyd." She answered me, standing up and followed me to my room.
The others didn't even notice it because they were so caught up in the game. Thank FSM for that.

When we arrived at my room, I closed the door after us. And we sat down on my bed to talk.

"So, what's up?" Akita asked me after I had just stayed quiet.
"Oh, aghum... I wanted to ask you something... ehm... kinda, you know... ehm." Why was it so hard to ask her out? I thought for myself.
"Lloyd, are you ok?" Akita asked me, with a concerned face. After she saw my nervous face.
"Oh... yeah, I'm good... perfectly fine... just..." Jeez Lloyd, just say it already!
"I just wanted to ask you if you want to go on a date with me tonight?" I asked, a blush hinted on my cheeks.

"A date? Like a thing lovers do?" She asked, also with a little blush.
"I mean... yeah. If you want, of course." I said, now a blushing mess.
"I would love to." She said, a big beautiful smile on her face.
I just melted into her cute smile.

*Later that evening. (I'm lazy OK)*

(No one's POV):

Lloyd and Akita were walking in the park. Hand in hand. (They didn't even notice that, lol.)

Lloyd and Akita arrived at a tree. Under it laid a green blanket with a picknick basket on it.
Akita looked surprised but happy.

"Lloyd, what is this?" She asked.
"Oh, you know, just a night picknick just for us." Lloyd answered, with a little blush.
"Oh, it's beautiful, Lloyd." She said, giving Lloyd a little kiss on the cheek. Witch made Lloyd blush even more.

"Oh, uh. T-thanks." He said, red like a 🍅
Akita just giggled at his reaction.

They sat down on the blanket and started talking and eating some barriers. They laughed and had a very good time. They even flirted a little from time to time.

They got closer and closer with each other. (Both got to know each other better. But also moved closer to each other on the blanket).

They were now inches away from each others face. And neither of them wanted to pull away.
They got closer and closer until Lloyd captured Akita's cheeks and closed the gap between their lips.

They shared a loving but passionate kiss. That turned into a make-out session.

After that, they just continued with their date. Talking and laughing with each other.

They ended the date with a second kiss and went home to the monastery.

A/N: Done with this date. After this, it will be "Will you be my girlfriend," and then it will be random Oneshots.
