You are finding it hard to continue doing the things you know are beneficial for you. No matter how much you tell yourself the importance of the habit you're trying to build, but you're unable to build. And that's how you get stuck in the endless loop of trying to build that habit and completely lose yourself.
I was trying to read an Arabic book containing 604 pages for 3 years and ended up reading almost half a book only. I always got a boost of motivation in between and continued the book until I started procrastinating again in a day or two. Since the book contained the words having very difficult pronunciation, looking at my slow speed, I always gave up. I knew I wanted to complete it, still I couldn't. Then I found a few things that made it extremely easy for me to read the book that I ended up reading the other half of the book in just 3 months.
And in this book, I'll share those easy steps to leave the procrastination immediately and have 180° degree of change in your life. Your problems can be bigger than just reading a book, but the formula I have given to you from my experience, can be used to encounter any procrastination attack.
Reading a book of 600 pages may seem a really small task at first, but procrastination always make things harder. All of us are stuck in different problems and there are always some habits that we want to form or leave, and each habit we want to form has its own difficultly ratio in our lives. For example, doing workout or waking up earlier in the morning may be a hard task for you, but for someone else it can be something super easy, because that person is comfortable doing it. Now the only thing you need to achieve is that comfort.
In this book, we'll discuss the ways to build the habits that are hard for you to build right now in the comfort zone.
Some people think that they need to leave the comfort zone to achieve a good habit and they'll have to struggle forever to keep up on that habit. In my perspective, one shouldn't just leave the comfort zone of old habits, but he should build a comfort zone for the habits he want to build. And this way, it becomes really easy for him to have those habits in the routine. And leaving those good habits may become as difficult as it was to build them at first.
Let's dive into the world of habit building and anti procrastination. I've tried my best to discuss everything you already know of in depth, so you can take control of those things in a better way from now on. Also I've tried to keep the chapters independent, so you can read the chapter which you need the most first.
I don't want you to read 10 pages of this book daily or complete it in a limited time. I also don't want you to consider this book, a book at the first hand. I want you to consider it a friend that you meet whenever you want with the no limit of time. You may continue doing whatever you do in your life, just make sure to have easy access of this book (maybe you can keep the PDF of this book on your desktop, or keep the book minimized in your mobile phone) and read it just to get a small lesson of a few lines daily, (or just read a sentence only even if you don't understand its context). If you'll just do these two small things for me, I can assure you, your life is about to be changed completely!
