This is a letter to state my opinion on your return. I may not be able to stop you returning to the united states but i can however remind you that from the moment you left here you were no longer an agent.
I do however see the improvement in the team since the word that you are returning and i would hate to see them in the same state as when you left. If you ever do that again you will not be allowed back into the navy yard again.
Ziva, i know you have been through a lot and i must also give my full support with your return. When you arrive on base i would expect you to report to me as a visior and a old friend
