A dark, shadowy darkness was casted over the territories, jet black wolves waited for a command. A command from him. The big white wolf littered with battle scars, in a instant a battle erupted. A wolf stood in the middle of the clearing, world spinning as she was frozen.

"Minka! Snap back to reality and get to fighting." Snapped her adoptive father, Vengeance. Minka shook her head and raced into the thick of the battle, dragging a Forest-Clan cat off her packmate. She lashed out her paw at the cat, tearing down it's matted face. The cat and yowled and spun around to flee.

Minka looked for her fathers frosty white pelt only to see him fighting alongside his deputy. She looked across the clearing at her packmates and their enemy. She backed up stumbled and falling to her side, everything went blurry them black as she passed out.

"Dont let them see you cry." The voice echoed as Minka laid up. It was dark and foggy, she pushed herself up and looked around with her ears pressed against her head. She heard a low growl "Who's there!" She spoke up, her voice wobbly.

The creature sprang, clawing her rear when Minka ran as fast as her paws could take her. The shadowy creature was right behind Minka as she ran through the dark, foggy forest blindly. She froze as she reached was seemed like the edge of a cliff, she spun around to see the shadowy creature lunge at her with bared teeth and sharp claws.

She gasped and jolted up. "Where am I?!" She panted. Arctic appeared in her sights and smiled, "Your home safe and sound Minka. I heard what happened." The delta spoke softly, almost as if she understood what Minka was going through.

"I.. i'm fine now." Minka stood up and quickly left the den so she wouldn't have to hear the delta's worries. Her father was in the clearing and walked over to her. "What happened to you?" He growled. "Passing out mid-battle, what if we had lost because of you?" He snapped.

"Do you have no faith in your warriors? Why would we be defeated by cats." Minka returned the cold tone, glaring daggers at her adoptive father. "I'm going for a walk." She pushed past him and left.

"Don't let them see you cry."
