A New Babysitter

    Her venomous words strike a deep wound in his heart. Helios stared silently at Moon Ryeong, his eyes filled with anguish. The mistress was well aware of how much her words stung him on the inside. She can't help but notice how disappointed he is, so she decides to let go and turn around. Moon Ryeong carried the sleeping little girl upstairs to her private room. Helios was left alone with a huge hole in his heart.

   At the time, he is aware that another being is watching him from afar, but he doesn't give a damn about it. Han Areum looks at Helios from afar with pitiful eyes before departing in the dark.

    Meanwhile, Moon Ryeong has just entered her room and is sitting on her bed. She held Ha Eun carefully, her gaze fixed on the sleeping girl in her arm. Many things weigh heavily on her heart. Ha Eun would never be caught in the situation if she never met the little girl. Helios must have frightened her. He would not get into trouble and drag his lovely little daughter into the path of a cruel vampire if she had never met Jae Rim in Paris. Moon Ryeong's mind is filled with "what-if" scenarios as she reflects on everything that has happened in her life. All of these innocent victims and agony would not have occurred if she had never met Helios in the first place.

    All of those thoughts haunt her and weigh on her heart. Without her instruction, a tear falls down her cheek. Moon Ryeong begins to sob, lamenting her entire life. She clings even tighter to Ha Eun's body, sobbing quietly.

  Jae Rim, on the other hand, is going back and forth in his room. He had been waiting for hours for an update on his daughter's whereabouts. He does everything in his power to find Ha Eun, but nothing comes up. He's a complete mess; how could he in this world have let her daughter be kidnapped and vanished with no trace? He has no idea how he will live without Ha Eun. And if something bad happened to his daughter, he would never forgive himself.

   Jae Rim receives a phone call unexpectedly. He answers it quickly, without even checking the caller.

    "Hello? Have you found her?" In a panic, he asks, hopeful. He really hopes to hear something about Ha eun and find the little girl soon.

    "I apologize for calling you late at night," Moon Ryeong, the person who made the phone call, says calmly.

   Jae Rim blinks, attempting to identify the voice. He checks the name on his screen phone for Moon Ryeong's name. Jae Rim takes a deep breath while massaging his temples. He is delighted that Moon Ryeong has called him and would always welcome her to do so. However, he is disappointed that it is not about her missing daughter.

  "It's okay," he can't say anything else with a lot of pressure in his voice.

   "Ha Eun is with me; I will bring her to you. Please tell me where we can meet "Moon Ryeong speaks clearly. She can tell he's worried just by listening to his voice. She understands that he may be under extreme pressure in his pursuit of Ha Eun. She understands how much he adores his daughter.

   "...What?" Jae Rim is having difficulty understanding her words. How could Ha Eun be with her all of a sudden, even though he is overjoyed that Ha Eun has found, there are a lot of things that confuse him.

   "I'll explain more later. I'm sure you'd like to see her soon. She is currently sleeping "The female vampire is doing everything she can to get the man out of trouble.

   "Just let me know where you live. I'll go get her "Jae Rim makes a suggestion. He believes it is too late at night for Moon Ryeong to send Ha Eun home. It's better that he's the one who comes looking for her.

   "No, you can't be here," she says quickly, panicked. She doesn't want to put Jae Rim in danger by allowing him to enter the lion's cage where Helios is.
