"can i have vanessa flores for a moment?"
Ms Mo'nique said as she stood at the fromt of the class door
Ms Mo'nique was my favorite staff in the school, she was the only african staff at this white school
"of course" ms sammi said calling me over as i walked out the room
"whats up Ms Mo'nique" i said cause she never pulled me out
"so since you have amazing grades, i wanted to know if you could help someone out?" she asked
"well who is it?" i asked as we walked in the office, i saw bryan sitting in the seat
"bryan esperaza" she finished
she basically just explained everything that i had to help him study for, i agreed since i knew bryan wasn't annyoing or anything
"so when do you wanna start?" i asked bryan as we both walked back to our classes
"tonight?"
"sure, just text me when your on your way" i said walkin back in ms sammis' room
he nodded as he walked away
i went back to my seat, notti had seen bryan and side eyed him while he turned back to me
"yo why was you wit that nigga?" he asked mugging the door even tho he wasn't there anymore
"Ms Mo'nique asked if i could help him out with work" i simply answered not wanting to start something cause notti ain't like this nigga already
"so you agreed?"
"yea, why wouldn't i?"
"well when you posed' to help him" he completely ignored my other question
