Dark Forest: The Beginning of the Apocalypse

The Beginning

Humanity's existence in the year 2099 was unremarkable. The year was not as special as people thought. People were happy that we will be starting a new century in just a few hours.

Little did they know that the year 2100, the 22nd century, would mark the end of humanity. On December 31st, 2099 , everyone was happy on the start of new year and a new century , there were parties all around the world, most of the people were happy but as we know there are always exceptions. The night went through and we welcomed the year 2100. Everything was going well, but whenever things go to well there is something happening in hiding about which no one knows about.

On January 5, 2100 there was huge chaos and the people which were happy suddenly became scared, confused thinking "What in the world is happening?". According to the police someone was spotted going inside the Dark forest, it was strange because that forest is no ordinary forest, it's the last place anyone wants to be at. The person who reported it said "There was a man who was about 6ft tall and he was walking inside the forest, but there was something strange about him he was walking as if he has no control over his body or we can say he was possessed by someone, his eyes were totally black as if the pupil of his eye expanded covering the whole the eye and his clothes were having marks as if he was attacked by a beast of some kind ".

After that there were many cases like this one people roaming with dark eyes, having different types of marks on their clothes. These types of humans were just roaming and doing nothing, they were not attacking people or doing anything. It was all in the daylight people became afraid of getting out of their houses as this disease was spreading rapidly. But something else was waiting for them in the night time which was way too horrifying than what happened earlier.
