Chapter 7: Meeting Miguel

Johnnys loud alarm had woken you up. After a few drinks with him last night you guys decided to go back to his place.

"Babe its Saturday why are you up so early." You groaned as you saw Johnny putting on a T-shirt. "Gotta prepare for the all valley." Johnny said. "You want eggs?" Johnny asked

"Sure." You replied. After five minutes you finally had the energy to get up and use the restroom and brush your teeth. You and Johnny had been going out for two weeks and you already had a spare toothbrush and clothing in his apartment. With B and especially Robby rooming you made it more of a habit to spend the night at Johnny's house.

You could be as loud as you like and do it anywhere in his apartment without worrying about anyone hearing or watching.

You walked into the kitchen wearing one of Johnnys shirts over your pajama shorts. "I put water to boil in case you wanted coffee." Johnny said as he grabbed your waist and hugged you from behind. He leaned over to kiss you. You and Johnny were officially boyfriend and girlfriend or as he called it you guys were going steady.

Suddenly a knock on the door pulled you guys apart. "Babe can you get that I don't want to burn the eggs." Johnny said. "Sure." You said as you walked over the door.

You cracked it open so that the person wouldn't see your exposed legs. Suddenly when you opened it the person on the other side pushed it open practically pushing you back. "Sensei i need to talk you... you were right about Sam..." suddenly the boy who you assumed to be Miguel stared at your legs realizing it wasn't his Sensei his eye trail slowly up until he made contact. "You're not sensei." He blushed.

"Your the hhh... catering girl." He smiled hoping you didn't hear him almost call you hot at least thats what Hawk called you. "Y/n. Nice to meet you Miguel I assume?" You stuck your hand out and he grabbed it to shake it.

"Yeah I need to talk to Sensei Lawrence" He said. "Oh yeah sure come on in." He finally stepped inside. "im gonna change." You whispered to Johnny before entering his room.

"Wow how did you pull her.?" Miguel asked. "No Im dating her." Johnny clarified. "No I mean like you are dating her!." Miguel repeated. "I told you Im great with chicks" Johnny replied a bit offended that Miguel couldn't possibly imagine why you were with him in the first place.

"You were right about Sam I went to go surprise her yesterday at her house and she was smiling and laughing with some guy." Miguel sighed.

"You're sure it isn't her brother?" Johnny asked . "Incredibly sure." Miguel said. "You dont talk to your siblings like that." He shook his head. "Well I told you chicks like it when your mean to them you should have been mean." Johnny advise.

"Dont listen to him." You interrupted. "Your totally feeding the kid crap." You playfully smacked Johnny. "Johnny treated me so nice and respectfully when we first met." You smiled at Johnny.

"If he didn't I probably wouldn't be with him right now." You said. "There's nothing sexier a women likes than when a guy is hot and RESPECTFUL." You winked at Johnny. "Don't listen to her she obviously doesn't remember being a girl in highschool." Johnny said.

"FYI... I graduated highschool not too long ago. How long has it been since you went to highschool like a hundred years." You reminded Johnny. Miguel eyes moved back and forth from you and Johnny as you each talked. Johnny rolled his eyes. "He may be great at karate but from what Im hearing his advice is mid when it comes to relationships." You told Miguel. "What should I do?" Miguel ask. "Just talk to her im sure whatever happened can be fixed by communication." You said.

"Maybe Y/N is right... what is it you told me when I asked you for advice drm or something." Johnny said. "Dtr." Miguel corrected. "Yeah DTR." Johnny said. "Define the relationship she hasn't told her friends or parents for a reason so find out." Johnny said.

"Thanks Sensei Lawrence." Miguel chirped. "Thanks y/n." Miguel said as he wrapped you in a hugged. Johnny pulled Miguel away from you. You chuckled at Johnnys adorable immatureness. "Meet you outside okay?" Johnny said as Miguel walked out.

"You sure you don't want to come always goad to have you in my presence." Johnny said. "Maybe after the All Valley tournament." You said as you hugged him. "We dont want the boys getting distracted." You teased Johnny. "You make a great point actually." Johnny said as he quickly made himself toast with his egg. "Hey so my friends birthday is today and we are gonna celebrate by having drinks on Ventura so feel free to stop by would love to introduce you to my friends." You gave Johnny a kiss." "Sure text me I'll try to stop by." Johnny said. "Okay." You smiled at him. "Make sure to lock up when you leave." Johnny reminded you. "Sure I will." You smiled at him.
