I cant let them see me like this...
I snapped my fingers and in a flash, the runny make up on my face disappeared. The duo walked in just as i was done. I stood up and smiled faintly...
Star's POV
"Kat..." i started to mumble but was cut off by the shaky voice. "Im... Fine. Just... Wary from school. Im going to... Sleep now."
Emphasising on the word sleep, she was hinting something. Something i didnt know.
I felt as if she was hiding something. Something she didnt want me to know about. I just couldnt put my finger on it. Hmmmm... Lets see... Uhrm, predicting stuff, mood swings due to changes in future, always hiding things, once i saw her create lightning bolts out of nowhere...
"Futurie!" I called out to Kat. She halted in her tracks. Froze. She turned around, face written fear all over it.
She looks at me... Scared.
"How-ok. Either you know what a futurie is or..." she casts a quick glance at Marco. "Never mind." she mumbles. Well that sums it up. She definately was a futurie.
A futurie was a fairy who had a human form. She could do dpells and all sorts of stuff. Mostly to predict futures. Kat was an example.
I feel both proud and suspicious at the same time. I found out a secret! I glanced at Marco, who seemed pretty nonchalent about it.He catches my glance and laughs with that tinkling laugh "What? I have been living with you!" i smile. That was true.
