"Eren! Stop it!" Shouted a blonde haired boy with crystal blue eyes
"We should call Mikasa! We can't beat them ourselves...!" He further yelled as he tried to pull Eren's arm, trying to drag him away

"Hah?! Armin, if we don't fight back, then that essentially means we let them win! And I can't allow that!" Eren yelled in frustration as he continued to 'fight' with other people
"What a bunch of losers!"
"You guys can't win, you're too weak!"
"Just go home to your mommy, Eren!"
"We don't need Mikasa to help us, we can do this ourselves!" Eren yelled further, but Armin was scared to move
*Bonk*
Out of nowhere, various sticks bonked the heads of the other kids, startling them all, they all turned their gazes over to the direction where they came flying from, it was Mikasa. All of the others gulped.
"M-Mikasa...?"
"Oi, let's go...she's going to easily drop kick us all...!"
"Leave." Was all Mikasa said as her voice sent a shiver down their spines, they all scurried away
"Mikasa...? Why'd you do that for?! I perfectly could of handled them..." Eren let out a groan as he looked at her, but she gave him a neutral look
''Sure, but I need to protect you.'' Mikasa said calmly, causing Eren's eyebrows to twitch

''I am not your brother, Mikasa! I can look after myself perfectly fine!'' Eren scolded her, but Mikasa just looked at him, whilst Armin was nervously giggling
''Guys...it's alright, lets just go...'' Armin sighed as he tried to stop the two from arguing further, Eren let out a groan

''She was just here minutes ago...!''

''We need to go, now!'' Mikasa said calmly as she grabbed their hands and stormed off, leaving Eren and Armin confused

''Oi, wait, Mikasa! Why are they looking for you?!'' Eren asked worriedly, now glancing back, Mikasa frowned
''I may have stolen a piece of bread to feed a hungry puppy...'' Mikasa's voice trailed off as she continued to run around, looking for places to hide, Eren's and Armin's eyes widened slightly
''Oh...then I don't see anything bad about that...you did a good thing, didn't you...? You fed a poor little soul...'' Eren mumbled quietly as he looked back at the oncoming people chasing them
''Eren...what Mikasa did was alright to some extent, but stealing other people's food, when they're just trying to make a living is just wrong...I know Mikasa did it with the best intentions, but maybe you should've been more considerate...'' Armin said quietly, but trying to not come out as rude, Mikasa was in thought now, whereas Eren was shocked

''I know...but I just couldn't watch that poor puppy starve...nobody looks after them...and that makes me sad...I just wanted to help it...it deserves to live, doesn't it...?'' Mikasa's voice was filled with worry, guilt, sadness and it was very clear to them both, both Eren and Armin looked at her with sad expressions
''Mikasa, then you should tell them. Tell them why you did it, they should understand...'' Eren now said calmly as he slowed down, causing Mikasa to slow down, she stared at Eren in surprise
''Tell them...? But, they don't look like a bunch of people that like to be told...'' Mikasa shook her head as she looked at Eren, who just sighed too
So then, the three of them stopped and waited for the people to come over to them, they were panting and angry, but Mikasa's eyes just looked sad, that it affected them in someway.
''Mikasa, go on, tell them...'' Eren nudged Mikasa's shoulder whilst looking at the older adults, Mikasa looked up at them
''I am sorry for stealing your bread, but I just wanted to feed that puppy, nobody was paying any attention to it, I just wanted to look after it...'' Mikasa's voice was quiet as she looked at them, the three men looked at each other

*sigh*
''Kid, sometimes the worst things that happen are done with the best intentions. But, we'll let you off this time.'' One of the men said calmly, now turning around and heading back to where they came
Leaving the three of them in total shock, but Mikasa let out a sigh in relief, Eren smiled at Armin
''See..'' Eren chuckled as he looked at Mikasa, who now smiled
''Lets's go and see where this puppy is...'' Eren said excitedly as he was about to march back, when Mikasa cleared her throat

''The puppy is right here...'' Mikasa said quietly as she carefully removed her jacket, now revealing a baby carrier Mikasa made from a piece of clothing, a little puppy was resting in it, Eren's and Armin's eyes widened

''You carried it with you...?'' Armin asked surprisingly, Mikasa nodded as she looked down at it, gently stroking its head, Eren giggled as he also looked at the puppy
It was a light brown puppy with grey eyes
''It reminded me of Eren...'' Mikasa blurted out, Eren let out a gasp, whilst Armin smiled

''Are you telling me I look like a dog?!'' Eren yelled in disbelief, Mikasa shook her head
''No, I didn't mean it like that, Eren.'' Mikasa tried to explain, but Eren just puffed his cheeks
''Can I keep it?'' Eren asked with pleading eyes, Mikasa gently picked the puppy up and put it into Eren's arms, who gladly took it and cradled it
''It's so soft and soft...'' Eren cooed gently as he smiled at it
*Woof*
''I think it likes me...'' Eren smiled widely as he lifted it up in the air, it's eyes sparkling
''That is actually my puppy you're holding...'' A voice spoke up from behind, they all looked back and saw a girl with (e/c) orbs and (h/c) hair and a strange mark on her forehead, standing there looking at them
