As soon as Wei Ying passed by Wangji, Wangji suddenly felt the urge to reach out to him and touch him. To see he was really real but knew that the free hand was incomplete and living there quickly put the thought out of his mind yet Wangji could not help himself but watch Wei Ying disappear into the crowd. Wei Ying was the last person that Wangji saw before he was banished by the city. Now, for the night, Wangji found herself distracted. Wangji's mind was just fluttering around the man in the red rose. But there was something about the Wei Ying that caught his attention and from there he knew he would not easily forget. Little did Lan Wangji know that the chance meeting would be the beginning of a journey that would last his life. Wang Ji's eyes widened as soon as the car stopped, the commotion increased in the market place. Wangji was summoned by his servant for urgent work but Wangji could not help but feel uncomfortable in such a crowded and public place. Had no intention of getting involved in petty squabbles but Wangji was always interested in knowing more about those who dared to cross his path. As Wangji turned into a who's who, Wei Ying disguised himself as a thug. He found himself in front of the group looking menacingly at the men and Wei Ying could feel his heart pounding in his chest.
