'Go away Monique' I said. 'Shut the hell up' She replied. Most of the kids in the cafeteria where standing in a circle around us.
Monique: 'Look at you, what are you ? A size 60 ?' She laughed.
Valentina and Paris where giving me a devious look.
Valentina: 'No, she's obviously fat !'
The whole cafeteria laughed at me, I faced the floor. I felt a single tear rolling down my cheek. 'Look she's crying !' Paris yelled pointing at me.
Monique: 'Ohmygod Paris do I look like I care ?.. Actually I feel bad for her, her tears are not matching her clothes.*Grabs my glass of water and pours it all over me* that's better !'
I stood up trying to open my eyes, I faced Monique who was giving me a evil smirk. I made my way down the crowd running to my locker, I tried to open it as fast as I could but it just wouldn't. A guy walked up to me.
???: 'Aye ,are you okay ?'
Me: ' I'm perfect, thankyou' I said sarcastically.
???: 'Are you sure ?!'
I finally got my locker open and grabbed my bag.
' Yes I'm sure !' I bumped into him and continued my running.
I opened my house door and walked into the living room, my mom was sleeping on the couch, I looked at her finding a bruise on her neck. I decided to leave her alone.
I walked in my bedroom, kicking off my shoes and throwing my bag on my bed. I locked my door and went to my own bathroom and stared filling my bath tub. I looked at myself in the mirror 'A Size 60 huh ? Only if she knew..' I said to myself. Only if she knew that my dad is abusive, only if she knew that my mom and I get beaten every single day if he's not at work. I took off my large sized hoody, leaving me in my tank top. I looked at my bruises 'Why me' I thought.
I took off the rest off my clothes and took my pocked knife and got in the tub, I held out my wrist and cut myself.
Why do I do this ? It feels relieving. It feels like every cut brings me closer.
Closer to what ? To the end of all my problems.
