When I was a kid, I thought being an adult is a kind of privilage. A world you enter where you can freely decide for anything that you want and get the nicest results.It is where nothing can hinder you from pursuing your happiness. Then later on life slapped me hard and said "hey , that's just not how it is you silly" now I look back and realize how naive of me to think that way. How naive of me to wish becoming an adult.

"saka na pag matanda ka na"
"saka na pag nasa tamang edad ka na"
"saka na pag nasa legal age ka na " and by that you would feel the butterflies in your stomach just by imagining things you will do once you become one.
akala ko dati na pag nasa tamang edad ka na okay na kasi ikaw na lahat. I mean you get to voice out your wants and needs and just decide selfishly without thinking how others will be affected by your decisions in life. but then again that's just not how it is. hindi tayo anak mayaman, wala tayo sa kdrama hahaha Now that I am an adult I wish i could be a naive kid where nothing can stop you from doing things you used to love. Ang dami mo palang bagay na sinusuko pag adult ka na. along with time your passion with things you used to love just burns out. at unti unti kang mamumulat na hindi mo pala gusto yung mga bagay na ginagawa mo ngayon. na it is far from what you have imagined it would be.
ngayon ginagawa mo na yung isang bagay not because it is what you love but because that is what's necessary. you have now a sense of responsibility not just to your life but to your loved ones as well kasi nga Adult ka na. hindi na laging "kasi gusto ko lang" attitude and that's what adults tend to do the norms ah. and in that process, You tend to lose connection to people whom you taught you could never live your life without. bestfriends turning to acquiantances, lovers to strangers and so on.
I wish there would come a time where adulting will not be an equivalent meaning for responsibility.I mean We just have one life, as long as it would not harm nobody, I wish you won't lose your careless full of hope child in you in this world filled with so called adults.
I wish you won't get overwhelmed and get drown in responsibilities.
