🌘Clair's pov🌒

Working for Morgana of all people was interesting I barely got to see her so all I really had to do was keep the room clean and look after hades modred's sick fimiler. I wonder is this why I never saw it before my Mordred my brother had no fimiler but he did in the past it was odd.
The door of the room opened and half of me was expecting Morgana but no it was Mordred to my surprise.
"Speak of the devil I was just thinking of you" I rolled my eyes knowing this Mordred was nothing like the brother bear from my time.
"Good thoughts I hope...sister" his words sent a shiver up my spine making me almost drop the clothes I was putting away.
"Excuse you?" "You heard me" his tone wasn't any better.
"Don't think I didn't see that little trick you did back in the throne room, Nikolaus brought you here because of it didn't he?" I had to think quickly, Nyx wanted us to stay under cover but I did put us in danger with that little trick of mine. I sighed putting the cloth down and turning to face the grining Burnett.
"He did he thought I might be of use to your cause ,but why call me sister?" Mordred tilted his head with that grin still there. He waved a hand summoning his staff in a cloud of fire and shadows.
"You see you and my mother have the same magic a rare and powerful magic that can only be weld by few and most who are family and well I never knew my father so who's to say he wasn't also a welder and had another child other than myself" why was this making sense? I know I was given my power from Morgana herself but Mordred had a point maybe if I let him believe I was his long lost sister he'd help us.
"I never knew my birth parents" he perked up this was working "so we might not even be half siblings" it looked like it took him a moment to register everything, he put away the staff and took me by both hands.
"I always wanted a sibling! This will be fun!" Well it worked
"Yes it just might"
