Prolouge

In this world, people with quirks and Kamen Riders coexist with one another, some are the hero some are the villains, and there are also the Kaijins, which was made by the Shockers. As time passed the world evolved and so as the people living in it, Kaijins are not the same anymore, they now have their thought, their hearts, and their mind, and some decided to become good but most were still the villain in the story of Kamen Riders. Usually, we will see or read about a random person becoming a random Kamen Rider but what if that wasn't the case...?

It was raining
At a barber shop, the old owner was seen through the window
Owner: "Oh dear...It seems I won't get any customers today..."

He decided to go out and check first
After seeing how big the rain was, he decided to go back but before he could he saw a boy laying beside his shop, he seems to be unconscious and very wet due to the rain
