The end of the world

Inspired by as the world caves in because that song is so sad this chapter is kind of sad but not really (I have not written it yet so IDK, but any way wade and peter already know each other from patrol and know each other names but are not that close yet. Enjoy!

Peters POV

I stopped with the spoonful of cereal halfway to my mouth they had announced it. There had been talk that it would happen soon, but I had not believed it. I thought they were so far away they had announced on the radio the end of the world. For years scientists had been working on a bomb for each major city that would take away all the human impacts including humans from the world. I stared at the clock now counting down 3 hours. 3 more hours of life I fell to the ground and started to hyperventilate rocking back and forth on the floor I assumed it was a robber with 2 hours to live but why. You have 2 hours to live why would you steal stuff? Whatever it is not like I had anything to lose. Everyone in my life was already dead my parents, friend's girlfriend, aunt, and uncle were all dead because of me. It was probably somehow my fault the world was ending too. I started to cry still rocking back and forth on the ground when I felt arms around me what was happening, I thought everyone I cared is dead.

"Not everyone who cares about you though." The person hugging me said I opened my eyes and looked up it was Deadpool without his mask on. I guess I had said that last bit aloud I was surprised, to say the least. Deadpool must have seen it in my eyes "I saw you go home once, when I heard the announcement this morning I came straight here. We both have so one and we deserve to spend the end of the world with someone."

"No that's ok me, and Vanessa have been separated for years I don't think I've loved her for years." but he started to cry anyway. "First, we go out in style," he said walking to my aunt's bedroom she had died a few months earlier but my name was on the rent so I could continue paying for it, so I had not moved. I had not moved any of may's things almost hoping that if I left it long enough that one day, she would walk out of the room just like he used to do. But Wade was not held back by any of these things and walked in there like he owned the place. And started rifling through her clothes.

"Um, this isn't my room"

I know but would not you look so good in this' he said holding up an outfit I never saw may wear. it still had tags on it so it must have been new. It was a short black dress that could not have reached farther than halfway down my thigh. It was way too short for me or anyone to wear

"Oh, come on I'll be alone for the rest of eternity please were this, please" he broke me with guilt, and I grabbed it fine and went to the bathroom to change Wade was smirking as I walked out, I was right it the dress was way too short. It had a V line at the front that went halfway to my belly button. Wade had also thrown in a pair of lacy underwear which he said he had bought just for me (because otherwise, that would be disgusting.) Dragged me into the bathroom with him and we did each other's nails I chose an aquamarine blue and he chose cherry red I don't know where he got the skill but his nails were perfect not touching the sides and completely opaque with a shiny top coat (I don't know anything about nails sorry.) he sat me on the closed toilet and told me to close my eyes he applied the eye shadow and eyeliner then told me to open my eyes and blink to put on mascara he pulled me up and I looked in the mirror he had perfectly blended red and blue eye shadow and used the eyeliner to make spider webs at the side it was beautiful and it matched perfectly with the dress he kissed me again just as love filled as the others. We walked to the living room and sat on the couch together and put on Mumma Mia.
