"If i could do better, then you could do better too.." I mumbled along to Jhené while scrolling on my ipad.

"leave it to jhené, tink." Asia said, laughing.

"I forgot y'all were there." I closed out the Pinterest app and sat my iPad down. I picked up my phone and saw Lyric knocked out and Asia still doing Amari's hair.

Amari was playing on her own iPad and Asia looked stressed out.

"All this hair lord.." I heard her mumble and I
laughed a little then took a picture of Lyric then made it the group chat photo.

"Hii lil bit." I waved at Amari and she looked up and waved back excitedly.

"Riri!" She giggled and smiled at her.

"hii my baby. Ima have to come get you one weekend. you wanna come over my house?" I asked and she nodded.

"mhmm! mommy can i go?" she looked back at Asia and she nodded making amari smile showing off her teeth that were growing in.

I continued to talk to asia and amari til they had to go so amari could take her bath and things like that. I let lyric continue to sleep and got back on my iPad, this time watching spongebob while eating a few snacks

"big back ass." I suddenly heard and i paused my show then looked over at my phone.

"..right." i took another facetime photo of her. "you have drool on the side of your lip." I said after a while.

She looked at herself through the camera then rolled her eyes and turned her camera off.

oh don't turn it off now.

"Don't turn yo camera off now. let's see that beautiful face." I laughed and she turned her camera back on just to stick her middle finger up at me.

"you annoying. i'm finna block you." she groaned, it sounded like she was stretching.

"go ahead." I chuckled, because who feelings she gon' hurt?

She turned her camera on again and just side eyed me and I shrugged.

"you never finished telling me what happened earlier." She changed the subject.

"oh shit. so basically i walk into the classroom right? and i sat in the seat my teacher assigned me to then went to get the stuff so i could finish my jacket. The whole time they was just staring at me & shit so i ignored it until this light skin girl had started trying to get my attention & shit. so i guess she was tryna be funny or some shit so i went back to doing what i was doing.

then i head somebody say sum else and at that point i was like 'just shut the fuck up.' then they was being weird as hell the whole time, steady saying shit to me."

"Just ignore they ass. I'm pretty sure they was just looking for a reaction since you new."

"They looking for a reaction out of the wrong person. I am not the one."

Lyric laughed and told me she had to go shortly after so we said our byes and hung up the phone.

I got up off my bed hearing laugher downstairs, my mom was down there with a few people and they been loud since they got here.

I was in the middle of contemplating if i wanted to go down there and get some food when my name got called.

"Chatari!"

Oh lord. I slipped my favorite bear shoes on and left out my room, i jogged down the stairs to see my mom and the other ladies from the dinner she made me go to but there was also another girl there this time.

She looked around my age and i guessed that she was the daughter they were talking about.

"Yes ma'am?" I asked as soon as i made it to where she was, ignoring the girl who was just staring.

"This is lanae, and i think you two would make good friends so i wanted to introduce you guys." She gestured over to the girl and i looked her over once again before waving.

She smiled and waved back. She was nice looking, and obviously a shy girl.

"Maybe you two could talk in your room, yes?" My eyes snapped back to my mother and it took everything in me not to roll my eyes.

"Yes ma'am, you can follow me lanae.." I gave a small smile and led the girl back to my room and she immediately made herself comfortable.

girl?

She just stared at me a little more before pulling a pen out her hoodie pocket and starting to hit it. She already looked high before she even pulled it out.

I decided to make small talk and at least get to know the girl, cause obviously her ass just wants to stare at me.

"I'm Chatari.. it's nice to meet you." I sat down on my bed.

"I know, it's nice to meet you too." She blew some smoke out her mouth and i just looked at her.

Yea, no. I just sighed and got back on my ipad. Finna play my pizza game cause shes boring.

I found my way to the pizza game and started to play, i was doing stations this time and all i had to do was make 10 pizzas then go deliver them.

"whatchu playing?" she quietly asked and i looked up at her. She had found her way in front of me and was just standing there.

"A pizza simulator game. you can sit on the bed." I said and she did just that. She continued to ask about the game and that led to us having more conversation.

I found out she likes all black everything and goes to the same school as me. I've never seen her but then again i haven't even been there long.

Eventually, after us talking for a while, she got my number and we played imsg games until she had to go.

"I'll see you around, bye Tari. and don't forget to text me tomorrow." She left my room and i decided to just go ahead and take a shower to end off my night.
