A week had past with Harrie staying at Zayn's house. Her mental health and trauma did cut her some slack a bit and she was little by little improving.

She no longer had a full blown panick attack whenever she was left alone in a room for more than five minutes, though she did call out to make sure she wasn't left completely alone, she was getting there. And if that isn't considered progress, I don't know what is.

But the only thing is, she didn't have contact with anyone else within that week, except for that one time when she called her father to imform him of her whereabouts-which she lied about. But he was okay with it. So all might seem well.

Actually it would have seemed well if it wasn't for the fact that Angie showed up to Styles' residence looking for a specific curly headed brunette.

Which only lead to Des blowing up Zayn's which subsequently lead to where they are now, Harrie in the passenger seat of her car with Zayn driving them to her house.

Surprisingly, Harrie was calm with the events that played out, she didn't object to her father demands in coming home. She just got dressed-in Zayn's clothes- after showering and asked him to take her home.

"Are you okay?" Zayn asked her when he felt her squeezing his hand, yeah they were holding hands while he drove.

"Don't leave me okay." She mumbled out but he heard it.

"I won't, we're going to see your dad, it will be okay." He assured her.

♡♡♡♡♡♡

"Harrie, gosh, don't you ever do that again!" Des scolded and pulled her into a hug as soon as she entered the doors of her home. She stood frozen in his arms, not sure what to do.

"Harrie? You okay?" He asked when he noticed her statue like figure.

"I'm okay." She squeaked and tried to discreetely put some distance between herself and him.

She made eye contact with Zayn who stood across from them, and surprisingly, it calmed her down a bit.

"Angie's in your room." Des said after a moment of silence. Harrie forced a smile and excused herself to her room. But boy was she internally freaking out.

As she entered her room, she took deep breaths trying to calm herself and to not go into full panic mode, but was she having a shit time trying to do that.

"Deep breaths Harrie, deep breaths." She mumbled trying to steady her breathing.

"Are you okay?" Angie -who had been eyeing her the moment she entered the room- hesitantly asked.

Harrie visibly flinched hearing Angie's voice, though she was previously informed of her presence, it still hit her bad.

"I-I'm..." yeah she was having a full on panic attack now.

Angie's eyes widen, she had no clue on what was happening and no idea on how to help.

But she didn't had to worry much longer, Zayn came rushing in towards her.

"Harrie, Harrie! Look at me! Look at me! It's me, Zayn. Listen to me, listen to my voice. You hearing me?" He tried soothing her. She was shaking a lot, tears streaming down her cheeks and gasping for air as if she was drowning.

He sighed and hugged her trying as best to get her to calm down. "Harrie can you name five things you can see?" He instructed.

She struggled to answer but she got there eventually, "F-five things I s-see...you...m-my hands, they're shaking.....my bed...the floor....A-angie....I see Angie."

"Good, you're doing good. Four things you can hear?"

"Hear? I can hear...I hear your heartbeat. I hear talking....is it daddy? I hear...r-rain....is it raining? I hear you."

"Very good, you're doing good." He praised her rubbing her back comfortingly. "Three things you can feel?"

"I can feel you rubbing my back, I can feel your heart beating, I- my hands isn't shaking anymore." He chuckled at that one.

"Two things you smell?"

"I can smell your cologne-" she said hugging him closely.

"And what else?" He inquired.

"I don't know." She basically whined snuggling more into his chest feeling quite exhausted after that episode.

"Harrie?" Zayn called after a moment of silence to which he realised she was sound asleep.

He sighed and picked her up bridalstyle and took her to her bed.

She mumbled out incoherent words-to others but he knew she wanted him to stay- gripping onto him when he layed her down. He stayed still for a bit and her grip on him lessened and he moved away.

"What's wrong with my friend? What did you do to her?" Angie demanded answeres.

He sighed, he knew this was coming, "I didn't do anything to her."

"You clearly did, why does she- she's weird, she hated you why was she- What's wrong with her?"

"It's not my tale to tell but know that I didn't do anything to her, just basically comforted her." He mumbled the last part ready to leave the room and this useless conversation.

"Wait! Are you just gonna leave her like that?"

"Yeah?" He nodded confused.

"Is that going to happen again?"

He sighed sadly, "It most likely will when she awakens and I'm not here."

Angie took in what he just said and then nodded, "Okay, I'll stay with her a bit but I need to leave in a few."

He shrugged, "It's fine" And left the room.

It's not that he was tired or annoyed with having to take care and comfort her in her time of need, it's just that Des threatened to fire him if he ever lied about her whereabouts again.

What was he supposed to do in such situation, Harrie clearly wasn't in any state to go home that time, but he couldn't say that, so he just sucked it up and went along with it.

Guys I don't know anything about panic attacks or how they work I just put what I think was suitable? Idk? No hate plz, ty
