Mia’s POV

I was jolted awake by the loud, obnoxious ringing of my phone. Groaning, I fumbled around on the bed before grabbing it. Without even checking the caller, I picked up.

“Mia!” Third’s voice burst through, way too enthusiastic for whatever ungodly hour this was.

I rubbed my eyes, squinting against the sunlight. “It’s so early, Third. What do you want?”

“Leo and I found the house! It’s perfect for our next shoot!” His excitement practically jumped through the phone.

I groaned. “Third, we’re not supposed to go until next month. I told you that.”

“Mia, we need to publish something soon, or people will forget about us! Fans are already waiting for the next episode!” he said hurriedly, as though I’d forgotten.

I let out a heavy sigh. He had a point. We’d been teasing a big new project, and our viewers were counting on us. But still, rushing wasn’t a good idea. Not with something like this.

“Fine,” I muttered, already regretting it. “Let’s meet later and discuss.”

“Yes! Perfect! See you later!” And with that, he hung up, leaving me staring at the ceiling, wondering why I always let him pull me into these things.

By the way, I’m Mia Olarte, 17 years old. I’m one of the editors of our vlog group. I can act, I can edit, but I prefer editing because—let’s face it—no one else can do it as well as I can.

---

Third’s POV

“B Vloggers! B Vloggers!” the crowd outside the mall chanted, their excitement evident as they awaited the next release from our group. They had no idea what we had in store.

I walked briskly, feeling the energy in the air. This was going to be good. This new project—if we could pull it off—would skyrocket us to the next level.

But they didn’t know. No one knew about the drama behind the scenes.

They didn’t know that I, Third Mendez, 19 years old, the de facto leader of the group, wasn’t really interested in our supposed main couple, Monica and me. What they didn’t know was that I was actually more interested in Mia. But… that’s my little secret.

---

Monica’s POV

“Oh girl, I’m going to miss you!” Mary whined, clinging to me dramatically as I tried to pack.

I rolled my eyes. “Stop being so over the top.”

“Just promise to be careful,” Jolly added, always the voice of reason.

I smiled, brushing my hair back. “Please, I’ll be fine. I’m with Third, remember?” I said confidently.

“And Mia,” Mary added, as if that made any difference.

I shot her a look. “Please, that girl’s my rival. I’m way better than her in every way. Let her be.”

I’m Monica Baguinaon, 18 years old. And yes, I’m the prettiest girl in our vlog group—no contest. Third likes me more anyway, so Mia can just stay in her lane.

---

Belle’s POV

“Mom, we’re not even sure about the trip yet,” I tried to explain as we sat together in the living room.

She looked so worried. “Belle, sweetheart, you don’t have to go. I just don’t feel safe about this whole forest thing.”

I chuckled softly. “Mom, there’s a house. We’ll be fine. Plus, Leo’s going, so there’s really nothing to worry about.”

She reached for my hand, her grip tight. “But what if there are dangerous animals? Or what if you get bitten by a snake—”

“Mom!” I laughed, shaking my head. “You’re freaking me out more than you need to. Relax, I’ll be okay.”

But honestly, her words gave me the creeps. I’m Belle Dela Rosa, 17 years old, and probably the most fearful one in the group. Snakes? Yeah, that’s not helping.

---

Gelo’s POV

“So, are we going or not?” I asked, nudging Mia while scrolling through my phone.

She sighed, clearly exasperated. “I don’t know, Gelo. Third’s excited, but I’d rather we went next month.”

I couldn’t help but smirk at her pouty face. “Aw, come on. Don’t worry. Wherever you go, I’m going too.” I winked at her.

She groaned and smacked me on the arm. “You’re such a jerk.”

I just grinned wider. “Your jerk.”

“Ugh, gross!” she yelped, hitting me again with a pillow, her cheeks turning slightly pink.

I’m Gelo Estrella, 18 years old, the group’s goofball. What can I say? I just like teasing Mia. She’s cute when she’s annoyed.

---

Leo’s POV

“I’m coming whether you like it or not!” I shouted at my family, crossing my arms defiantly. “I’m an adult. I make my own decisions now!”

My grandmother looked up at me, her face full of concern. “We’re just worried, hijo. The forest can be dangerous.”

“Dangerous? There’s nothing dangerous about it! There’s a house, there’s food, there’s water! What could possibly go wrong?” I huffed. “Why don’t you ever support my decisions? What kind of family is that?”

I’m Leo Mendoza, 19 years old. I’m known for my temper, but you’d be angry too if your family never believed in your dreams.

---

James’s POV

“They need me because I’ve got the camera skills,” I said, leaning back smugly.

“Please,” Leo snorted. “You’re only going because Monica’s going.”

I rolled my eyes. “Nah, I’m going because Third said if Gelo handles the camera, he’ll just be flirting with Mia the whole time. Third’s jealous, man.”

At that, Third shot us a look, his jaw tight. Leo burst into laughter. “Third-wheel alert!” he teased.

I’m James Nrown, 19 years old. And I’m the one who captures all the magic on camera. Someone’s gotta do it, and clearly, I’m the best.

---

Back to Mia’s POV

“So, what’s the plan, Mia?” Third asked, looking around the group. We were all gathered for the meeting, discussing the project. “Are we going through with the forest shoot, or are we canceling?”

The room was tense. I knew some of them weren’t thrilled about the idea.

“If we don’t do it, the fans are going to be disappointed,” Gelo pointed out, his tone playful but with a hint of seriousness. “We already promised them something big.”

“And the place we found is solid. It’s big, safe, and we’re not the first ones to use it for a shoot,” Leo added, his arms crossed.

Belle sat quietly, glancing nervously at everyone. “I’m fine with it, if everyone else is.”

Monica, sitting with her legs crossed, chimed in, “I’m good too. I’m not as high-maintenance as people think.” She glanced at me smugly.

All eyes were on me. I was the editor; I knew how crucial the final decision was. I took a deep breath, weighing the pros and cons.

“We’ll go,” I finally said, despite the sinking feeling in my gut. “But… I have a really bad feeling about this.”
