Hannah awoke the next morning, disoriented and unsure of where she was. Last night felt unreal, as if it were just a fever dream. She allowed herself to sit up in bed, a bad feeling in her stomach. At this point in time, she had actually forgotten she'd had anything to drink, let alone gotten shitfaced. She made the best attempt she could to try and reacquaint herself with memories from the previous night. However, it was to no avail. The last thing she remembered was walking to get Tia a drink and then running into Cody. What the fuck happened last night?

As she desperately tried to jog her now foggy memory, the uneasiness of her stomach grew with every passing minute. She looked around the room, desirously looking for something she could use to relieve herself from this digestive burden she held. Upon her quick scan of the unfamiliar room, she failed to notice the bucket sitting just in front of the nightstand. Obviously, this hangover impaired more than just her memory. She rushed herself to her feet, making the feeling in her stomach worse than it had been. She didn't know that getting herself up that fast would've just worsened her condition. She held her hand over her mouth, trying her absolute hardest not to throw up then and there. Her now bare feet were running across the floors, trying to find the bathroom. After a few tries, she finally found it.

She collapsed in front of the white, porcelain toilet and allowed her body's instincts to take over. All she could smell now was booze, which sickened her even more. It was a vicious cycle.

Whilst Hannah was having her hangover crisis on the floor of the bathroom, Cody was still asleep on the couch. That was until he heard her. He awoke in a slight panic, forgetting that he wasn't the only one in the house. He wasn't as hungover as Hannah; he had gotten drunk numerous times before last night even took place, so as long as he had water every now and then he was fine. At first he thought it was an intruder, but when he took in the alcoholic smell and the mounds of discarded trash and left over items from last night, he figured someone had just not gone home. Besides, who would break into someone's house purely just to throw up?

Cody got himself to his feet, yawning as he did so. He walked towards the bathroom whilst he addressed the unknown guest. "Alright buddy, after you've finished in there it's time to go. You should've gone home last night.". Cody half yelled, still considerate of the fact that even though in his eyes the person was wrongly there, they were still very much hungover. He approached the bathroom door, noticing it was open. He continued his lecture as he looked in, curious of who was in there. Out of all the people he knew, Hannah Eugenia was the last person he expected to see hunched over his toilet, spilling her guts. When he laid eyes on the sickly blonde haired girl, it came back to him. Shit. He now remembered Hannah's extremely intoxicated state, and he remembered sending Tia home when she had come to retrieve her. An intense wave of guilt washed over him, and he rushed to her side almost immediately. "Hey, Eugenia. I'm sorry, I didn't realise it was you." He apologised, holding her hair back as she continued throwing up. "What happened last night?" Hannah asked, sitting back, resting herself on the bathroom wall as she wiped her mouth.

"Yeah, I suppose you wouldn't remember anything." Cody chuckled deeply. "You had way too much to drink last night." He spoke, explaining the events of the previous night. "And- and where's Tia?" She asked, looking to Cody with concern. "She's fine, I sent her home last night when she came to get you. She was way too drunk to take care of you, and I'm sure she's sitting on the floor of her own bathroom right now." It took Hannah a while, but she eventually came to terms with what happened last night. "I'm sorry I got so drunk, Cody." She offered her apology, Cody negating it almost immediately. "No, no, it's fine. I was like that too my first time." The two teens laughed, however this was the wrong decision for Hannah. Within seconds, she was hunched back over the toilet. "How can a human even produce this much?! I didn't even eat!" Hannah complained, despair tainting her voice.

"Well, that's why then. You didn't have anything in your system to soak up the alcohol. Looks like little miss smarty pants doesn't know everything, huh?" Cody comedically antagonised, causing Hannah to groan. "Don't patronise me, Choi. As you can see, and recalling from your own experiences, alcohol really does a number on someone. Especially people that are first time drinkers." Hannah hissed, her eyes narrowing. Cody faked a frown. "What happened to calling me Cody?" He questioned comically, feigning heartbreak. "Well, what happened to calling me Hannah?" She retorted, holding her head. It seemed the feeling in her stomach had disguised the pounding headache she had quite well.

"We'll continue this later, right now, I'm going to go get you some water." Cody replied, getting himself up from the floor and walking out of the bathroom. His absence gave Hannah some time to think. Cody's recollection of the night before had definitely helped her regain some of the memories she had, but those memories greeted her with shame and embarrassment. She remembered dancing idiotically around the backyard with Tia, screaming lyrics to every song that played. She remembered downing cans of beer with Cody, and she more than surely remembered the 'that's my girl' comment. Just like she had last night, she felt a sudden warmth rush to her face, although this time, she knew it wasn't just the booze.
