Chapter 12

Foxy felt as if his energy and enthusiasm were slowly disappearing. Everything that had happened to him had completely changed his mind. Foxy then woke up in the Void world he knew, he slowly stood up with a tired face.  He didn't hear anyone, he only heard his own thoughts, he shook his head, and looked down at his hands. He wondered if it made sense to live alone now, with no friends, no loved one, and no family. Foxy was kept asking himself why Roxanne had decided to betray him like this. If I didn't trust Gold, I'd never be hurt.  Foxy thought emotionlessly as he fell limply to his knees. Foxy covered his face with his hands in despair. He had nothing left in this world, only the magic and power he had in him. He always wanted to find The Sisters so that his valley and their friends, and Roxanne, would feel safe. But now, everything seems to be destroyed.  Is it time for him to join the Void world like Alfa did? Part of him still wanted to live, but he didn't know why. Foxy got up after a while and looked around the dark abyss, when he looked ahead, a red lamp lit up for him. Foxy straightened up with a scowl, if he can't live with Roxanne, then Roxanne can't live with anyone. Foxy had already envisioned himself as a more powerful ruler who would reclaim the valley he lived in, content to see Gold or Roxanne suffer. Foxy maniacally laughed quietly, feeling this power in himself, tears of despair still flowing out of his eyes. However, he no longer felt any sadness, only a growing hatred for Gold and Roxanne who had betrayed him for no reason. I will return for my revenge when I am stronger than they imagine. Foxy thought, his eyes flashing with madness. Now he only has one job to do, and that is to have powerful warriors by his side. He was sure Levis and the rest of the apparitions would agree with him to escape because they will do anything to keep the Void safe. Foxy used his magic to make a portal to all of the Void apparitions appear in front of him. For a moment he stood staring at the portal, still not sure if he wanted to hurt Roxanne, he loved her too much. But she betrayed me! Foxy screamed in his mind. And if she wants to hurt me so bad, I'm going to cause her more pain than she could ever imagine. Foxy entered the portal, when he came out immediately he noticed all the ghosts looking at him with confusion. Alfa who was standing in front of Zack turned to Foxy.
"What are you doing here?" he asked Foxy furiously.
Foxy didn't answer him, staring at each tall apparition. As he felt every eye of the apparition rest upon him, he thundered in a serious voice, "Have you made your decision?"
Jack stepped out of the crowd with a hostile look. "What is he talking about?"
The ghosts began to whisper around them out of curiosity, Foxy looked expectantly at Zack with an emotionless expression, but he felt anger from him.
"You fool! How dare you come back here?" Zack asked.  "You were only supposed to answer questions and never come back!"
Foxy showed no fear as Zack walked slowly towards him, he was never feeling intimidated by Zack's fury, he considered him weak who couldn't control his minions.  Foxy became furious seeing that no ghost agreed to go with Foxy to Starforest.
"I thought that each of you would like to live again, to breathe again in the world of the living." Foxy began to speak persuasively, "But it seems I was wrong."
Foxy turned his back on them as he was about to leave he heard an apparition in the crowd, "Did you say live?"
"Of course." Foxy said.  "And I can make you live again."
The apparitions suddenly gave out surprised exclamations, Foxy looked towards Alfa and Zack, both of them stood motionless and then exchanged glances with each other. Levis appeared at Zack's side, Foxy thought his friend would agree to go with him, but Levis was still standing looking at Foxy.
"It is impossible." Jack said uncertainly. "After all, we have already lived. How can we return to the world of the living again when we were alive in the past?"
Foxy refrained from laughing, how naive are these ghosts? Did they doubt his powers?
"Anything is possible, dear friend." Foxy replied calmly, turning back to all the apparitions. "You just have to believe."
Jack was surprised at this, then he smiled. Foxy lightened his emotions seeing the ghosts slowly start to believe him, but he still wanted to convince Levis, Zack, even Alfa.
"If you will help me and listen to me as your leader, you will be alive again." Foxy mumbled, smiling slightly.
There was an awkward silence then, and Zack stamped his foot loudly, straightening up.
"You're trying to take advantage of us, aren't you? We never believe in a crazy mortal who tries to destroy the balance and peace of our world!" He growled menacingly and bravely.
Alfa then started to do battle stance, Levis gave him a confused look, but soon his eyes fell back on Foxy and Zack.
"I only make dreams come true, you only want to trap them all here in this world and have all the power for yourself."  Foxy said defiantly.
Zack gasped and growled in anger.
"How dare you accuse me of that? You're only mortal, we've dealt with worse things than you!" He yelled in anger, but refrained from attacking Foxy.
Foxy gave the apparitions a calm look, all the ghosts looked puzzled and anxious. He felt satisfied that some ghosts seemed to be afraid of him, which was exactly what he wanted.
"I can do more than you, Zack. I can destroy your world, I can even kill everyone. Do you think a mortal could do such things?" Foxy asked firmly.
Zack hesitated at this, he just lowered his head as if he was giving up to Foxy's words.
Is this a leader who knows how to rule? He wanted to ask the spirits in disgust, but Foxy held back, thinking that Zack would side with him.
"You're a monster! What you're saying isn't even normal! It's a nightmare!" Zack snorted.
Foxy then punched Zack in the stomach with a spell of magic, causing Zack to fall to the ground panting. The spirits trembled, looking helplessly at what was happening.
"It's not a nightmare, just a way to another life and also a chance for a second better life." Foxy replied meanly, adding, "Is that what everyone wants?"
Zack didn't answer, he tried to catch his breath.  Meanwhile, all the apparitions began to appear behind Foxy. Now he felt more powerful than ever. I'm coming for you, The Sisters. Foxy thought, smiling madly.
"W...what are you doing?" Zack croaked.
Foxy then looked at Alfa and Levis, Levis looked scared of what Foxy had done to Zack, Alfa stopped doing battle stance and stood staring at Foxy. Foxy had the impression that Alfa and Levis were deciding between life and death. Alfa started walking slowly towards Foxy, Foxy chuckling madly under his breath. He didn't know that his enemy would be on his side so soon, he felt like a master of persuasion.
"What kind of help do you need?" Alfa asked in a grim voice.
Foxy raised one eyebrow with a menacing expression.  "You'll find out later."
Alfa stood for a moment looking at Foxy as if he was hesitating at his decision, but after a moment he stood next to Foxy. He was left to convince only the one he trusted most of the ghosts. Levis took one step back, Zack then stood up and looked at Levis.
"Levis, don't tell me you believe that too?" Zack asked with a slight pain in his voice.
Foxy was sure Levis would be afraid to go with him, but why? He's in charge now, not Zack.
"It will be an honor if you join me, my friend, I need you."  Foxy said.
Please, agree. Foxy pleaded mentally. Levis lowered his head after a moment and pushed Zack away without looking ahead. Yes! Foxy screamed with joy in his mind.  Levis moved to Foxy's side, then he straightened up.
"I'll follow you anywhere, boss." Levis said in a low voice.
Foxy gave him a friendly and serious look.
Zack made a battle stance, stared desperately at the ghosts who had decided to leave him behind.
"Please don't leave your house! You can't be manipulated by this freak!" Zack growled.
A spark of magic appeared on Foxy's hand, he hit it on the ground, after which all the apparitions and he were in the real world. Foxy was delighted to see that they were there. It worked!  Foxy thought. Not only did he manage to convince all the spirits, but he enchanted the spirit worlds so that they could not go out to observe and watch in the world of the living. Foxy looked ahead, he felt the presence of Levis and Alfa beside him. He grinned menacingly then, said, "Now we're going to Starforest."
