Manjiri : Hello...Abhi kahan h tu, mai tujhe kabse call kar rahi hun, kuch bolta kyuu nahi...abh...!
Man 2 : Actually ye phone jinka h unka bohot bura accident ho gaya h Mumbai highway par! We are taking him to the Sharma Hospital, you all please reach there immediately!

In Udaipur, In Birla Mansion,
Manjiri is in for a shock. She gathered everyone by crying and shouting.
Aarohi : Ma, kyaa hua!? Why are you crying, sab thik h na!?
Manjiri : Kuch thik nahi h...didi, Aarohi, mera baccha...!
Mahima : Kyaa hua Abhimanyu ko!?
Manjiri : Kisi ne mera call uthaya aur bataya ki Mumbai highway par uska accident ho gaya h, they're taking him to the Sharma hospital!

Manjiri : Wahi to pata nahi! Kal raat se use call kar rahi hun, he hasn't picked up any call of mine aur ab ye...!
Anand : Hume bhi chalna chahiye, let's go!
Aarohi : Nishtha, tum yahan Ruhi aur Shivansh k saath ruko aur haan, unhe Abhimanyu k accident k baare m kuch mat batana!

Akshara was giving Neelima her medicines when she received a call. Before she could speak anything,
On Call
Nurse : Mam, it's an emergency! Accident ka case h! Abhinav sir is busy with the other surgery, you have to come at the earliest!
Akshara : But what happened!? Koi aur doctor available nahi h kyaa!?
Nurse : Mam it's a very serious case, only you can handle it!

Neelima : Kyaa hua beta, sab thik h na!?

In The Sharma Hospital
Akshara entered in the OT speaking, "Everything is ready right!? Who's the patie...!"
Before she could complete her sentence, she got shocked seeing Abhimanyu lying half dead in front of him.

Akshara immediately moved out panicking and locked herself in her cabin. She sat down crying.
Akshara : Abhiiiiiii!!! Abhiiiiiii!!!...ye nahi hona tha! This was not meant to happen! Tumhe kuch nahi ho sakta, mai tumhe kuch nahi hone dungi! Kuch bhi nahi!
She cleared her tears and ran out towards OT to save her Abhi's life.
Inside The OT
Akshara was panicking yet trying her best to save Abhimanyu's life. Abhimanyu came half in his senses and was teary eyed seeing his Akshu treating him.
Abhimanyu : Mujhe pata tha tum aaogi! Kuch bhi ho jaaye, apne Abhi ko marta hua kabhi nahi chorogi...I love you!
Akshara : Shhhhh! Tumhe kuch nahi hoga, you have to live, you have to live Abhi! Mai tumhe kuch nahi hone dungi, I love you too!
Akshara came into her senses when she heard Abhinav's voice in the OT.
Abhinav : Is the situation under control!?
Outside The OT
Whole Birla family was gathered there; worrying and praying for Abhimanyu.
Manjiri : I hope mera beta thik ho!
Aarohi : Wo thik ho jaayega ma!
Manjiri : Mai phirse apna aik aur beta nahi kho sakti Aarohi, use kuch nahi hona chahiye!
Aarohi : Kuch nahi hoga ma use, aap please shaant ho jaayiye...it's not good for your health!
Manjiri : Mera beta...!
Inside The OT
As Abhinav turned towards the patient, he too got shocked on looking Abhimanyu.
Abhinav : Akshara...!
Akshara : Operation to successful raha but hume inhe under observation rakhna padega!
After speaking this, as she opened the door, she got shocked on looking whole Birla family standing outside. She immediately closed the door.
Abhinav : Kyaa hua!?
Akshara : Wo....wo bahar...bahar Abhimanyu ki poori family h, mai...mai unhe face nahi kar paaungi!
Abhinav : Don't worry, mai unhe distract karta hun tab tak aap yahan se nikal jaayiyega!
Akshara : Hmm.
Abhinav moved out.
Outside The OT
Manjiri : Mera, mera beta....!
Abhinav : He's fine now but we've to keep him under observation for atleast 24 hours....these 24 hours are really very critical for him!
Manjiri fainted hearing Abhinav's words.
Aarohi : Maaaaa...!
Akshara was watching all this from behind the OT's door.
Akshara : Ma...!
But she controlled her emotions and escaped from the place.
Anand : Parth, Shefali...tum dono ise ghar leke jaao!
Parth and Shefali took Manjiri home.
Mahima : Hy! I'm Dr. Mahima Birla, Birla hospital ka naam to suna hi hoga aapne, wo humara hi hospital h!
Abhinav : Uske baare m kon nahi jaanta!
Mahima : Yah, your hospital is also counted among the top hospitals in the world I must say!...Actually, I want to check Abhimanyu once myself, ghar ka beta h, tension ho jaati h!
Abhinav : Sure!
Mahima moved inside OT with Abhinav to check Abhimanyu.
After Sometime, At Night,
In Udaipur, In Birla Mansion,
Manjiri was surrounded by every Birla member when she regained consciousness. She got up suddenly shouting "Abhimanyu!"
Manjiri : Abhi! Abhi! Didi, mera Abhi thik h na, kaisa h wo!? Kahan h!?
Mahima : Manjiri, Manjiri please calm down! Abhimanyu is in the hospital and...!
Manjiri : Mera beta hospital m h to aap log yahan kyaa kar rahe h!? Mujhe uske paas jaana h! Mujhe...!
Mahima : Manjiri wo under observation h wahan, maine khud check kiya h use he'll be fine! Hume rukne ki permission nahi thi, we'll go again the next morning! Tum abhi so jaao!
Aarohi : Aap log bhi rest kar lijiye, I'm here with ma!
Everyone left.
Aarohi : Ma, Abhimanyu will be fine soon! Please aap rest lijiye!
She made Manjiri slept.
