The pictures are just there because I'm bored.
To any one that is reading this, it's a free hand book which means I think it up as I write, no planning involved. Updates might be a bit slow. Like two days apart. I'd like it if you commented thx.

Alice's POV

Alice's phone started playing Ema's ringtone, "Ema!! Where are you? Our project was the best and they cal-" "Look, Alice, that's great but I need you to go to the abandoned astronomy tower in exactly seven minutes. Don't ask me why, and come unarmed................ including pencils." "Ema...what's wrong? You sound scared. Is there someone else there?" ".......................talking in the background............... yes, but you aren't allowed to know his I mean their name. Look, be at the astronomy tower in seven well now it's five, oh whatever, just be there."

(In front of the abandoned astronomy tower)

Jay's POV

"Does she even know how to knock? Only one way to find out" Jay thought as he watched the girl stand in front of the door. Walking up behind her he decided to have a little bit of fun. "It won't electrocute you" The girl turned around and jumped so fast that she hit her head on the door, "Ow, that looked like it hurt," he extended his hand to help her up, finding her palm to be extremely sweaty, "What did you say?" "The door, it won't electrocute you. You just looked hesitant." "Oh, well thanks. Um, what are you?" Jay's eyes hardened, "I'm a genetically modified human being. What are you?" "Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. I'm a nor- not special human being." "Well it was nice talking to you, see you when you decide to come in, and by the way, you only have three minutes until your seven minutes are up" As he shut the door behind him, Jay realized that he may have been a little too harsh. "Whatever, she deserved it. Some nerve, insinuating that I am a thing, not a person."

Alice's POV

What was up with that guy? He seemed a little on edge and seriously? He had to jump out of nowhere? At least he answered her question. She opened the door slowly, expecting him to jump out again. He was just standing there arms crossed tapping his foot in the dark hallway. "About time, I thought you would stay out there for the next three, sorry two minutes. C'mon." He walked into a brightly lit room that was full of computer monitors. Rushing around was a boy that looked about her age, he had shoulder length brown hair and a lab coat that was covering his black pants and star wars t-shirt. As he looked up at her she realized that one of his eyes was nautillaus (dont know if I spelled it right) and the other lavender. "Jay, who is this?" He asked the boy. "So, the genetically modified human being had a name, interesting" "This is Alice, the girl you wanted to see. Professor, I could watch the radar while you take her to Ema" "That won't be necessary and besides, Ema tried to bite me. I don't like going without you" "She tried to bite this guy? He must have her in a cage."

So, to anyone that is reading this, I ran out of ideas. So ciao. And please read my other book, Winged Legends.
