Bendy POV:
With the gut wrenching felling continuing to haunt me I turned to Mick.
B:Hey Mick, I love being with you and all. It's amazing! Today was amazing! But I have to go home now. I feel that somethings off and I need to go.
Mick looked at me with the most serious of expressions. At first I felt he was mad until he spoke.
M: Well then, let's go.
Huh? Let's go? He's not seriously thinking of coming with me right? But his face? His voice? All those say otherwise.
B: Mick you can't come with me. What if it's dangerous?
M: I can handle myself Bens, plus I have you there to protect me.
When he said the last part I could feel myself heating up. Man he knew how to word things.
I sighed in defeat.
B: Fine, but you are not to leave my side. Understood?
Mick saluted like a solider.
M: Yes sir!
I chuckled at his antiques and looked forward on the road ahead.
Here we go. I don't know what lies ahead, but I will protect my home and Mickey with my life.
....
Upon reaching the studio I could already tell something was off. The building had grew to twice the size it once was. The door however was the only thing that remained the same.
I opened it hearing the same creaking sound, but the inside was deserted. I saw no one. It was only when I went into the old ink machine room, that the place flooded with ink. As soon as the ink reached above our heads the whole room felt as though it had shifted. We weren't alone anymore. I could feel a new presence. One, no, TWO that weren't in the original studio.
As we emerge from the ink I find myself in a new part of the studio. It still had the same wooden walls, the same cartoonish aesthetic, and the same hellish ink that created me.
I look over at Mick to see him just as confused as I was.
M: What happened? Where are we?
B:The studio, though it's not the same. We're deeper and the setting isn't the same. The cycle...it's broken. Though this wasn't what I imagined it would look like when it broke. The studio seems more dark and more broken then before. I can't put my finger on it but someone, or something, came while I was gone and I fear my friends are hurt.
It seemed as though Mick was distracted during my analysis of the situation, but why?
M: Hey Ben...umm..why are you in your smaller form?
Huh?! My small form?! What did he mean?! Last time I checked I was the ink demon. I became so after entering the studio due to my bad feeling. But sure enough as I looked up and down my body I was indeed the cute, smaller, version of myself again.
Looking around I found me and Mick in a room. There was an iron bar door blocking the entrance and an unknown hallway behind us. Their seemed to be no way out unless we took the hall, but something was stopping me from doing so. On the ground was a train, a toy train at that. I picked it up and flooded memories of me and Henry came through. Like a child I clanged to it holding it close. Mick walked up to me embracing me in a long but welcoming hug.
M:It's gonna be okay Ben.
I knew he meant well but something was telling me it wouldn't.
