Everything is (not) okay

The episode starts with Akshu sitting lifeless in car and Abhi starting the car.
Akshu : Abhi, where is Neil? He came with me
Abhi : Yes he was the one to call me too, may be Aarohi is not feeling well . Let's go home and see. You stay strong. Everything will be okay. (Abhi keeps his hand on her shoulder)
At Birla house , everybody is tensed as Neil had informed them also. As soon as Akshu enters Manjari runs to her and asks about her health and the babies. Abhi tells Manjari he will tell everything later and takes Akshu to their room. Hearing this everyone is upset.
Abhi : Akshu you need rest. Please don't get up from the bed for anything. More than our baby you are important to me. Please take proper rest and relax yourself. I will inform to gharwalo and be back right now. Please don't feel guilty or anything about things which you are not responsible of. I am always with you
Akshu : Abhi mujhe rona hai bahut! Par mein strong rahungi hamari doosri baby ke liye. Thank you for supporting me. I love you (They hug each other and Abhi makes her lie down)
Down everyone are tensed and waiting for Abhi.
Manjari : Abhi beta batao , baat kya hai? Mujhe bahut tension ho rhi hai. Akshu thik hai na? Aur bachchon ko bhi kuch nhi hua hai na?
Abhi: Maa shant ho jao. Akshu bilkul thik hai. Par hamare bachcho main ab ek hi bacha hai. Akshu ki medical condition ki wajah se ek bachche ko hum nahi sambhal paaye. (Tears roll from Abhi's eye)
Manjari : Kuch nahi beta. Jo hai usse khush rahenge. Akshu ke saamne koi bi is baare mein baat nahi karenge. Meri bachchi ko ab sirf sukoon aur aaraam milni chahiye. Ek bachcha to hai na. Usse hum bahut achche se khyaal rakhenge. Bichari par pata nahi kya beet rhi hongi is pal. Mein khana leke chalti hoon.
Wese Abhi Neil kahan hai?
Abhi : Ma wo to kabse nikal chuka ta hospital se. Mujhe laga ghar par hi hoga.
Aarohi : Kyaaa? Tumhe bhi nahi pata kya Neil kaha hai. Ruko mein abhi call karti hoon.
Neil doesn't pick her call. But texts her "Mujhe phir se call karne ki koshish mat karna. Tumhari liye achcha nahi hoga. Mujhe kuch time ke liye akele rehna hai. Ghar pe bol mein tere liye shopping kar rha hoon. Mein aake batati hoon main kaun hoon"
After seeing this, Aarohi gets tensed thinking about something. Abhi and Manjari ask her where is Neil. She tells he is shopping for the babies, he will be back soon.
