'Oh' I realised 'Eh I don't care'. I walked towards it and crouched on the rim, grabbing one fish and taking a bite.
"Um excuse me...?"

Midoriya Izuku

'Who does he think he is? He can't go around telling people to kill themselves. What if I really jumped? What would he do then?' I was walking forward with my head down when the unfamiliar smell of raw fish hit my nose. I rose my head to see a petite boy (or perhaps a boyish girl?) around my age sat on the rim of the koi pond taking a bite out of one of the koi.
"Um excuse me...?" He looked up at me. 'Are those cat ears?'
"I don't think you should be eating those.." he responded with an icy glare. "Don't careh. I'mph hungrhe." The cat boy mumbled out with a mouthful of fish. How rude.
"E-er but-" I started but he just smirked and ran off. Not before snatching up two more koi, of course. I attempted to run after him but the charred cover of my now soaking notebook caught my eye. Walking over to see the remaining koi nibbling on the edges, I mumbled a quick 'that's not yours' and took it; but once I had looked up, the mysterious cat boy was long gone. 'Thats one quick kitty.'

Killua Paradinight (Zoldyck)

Wow these fish are good. Maybe it's just my feline brain but I don't care because that is really good. Damn that's stereotypical. Suddenly, I walked straight into a tree and fell to the floor. 'I thought this tail was supposed to give me extra balance?' I thought bitterly. Standing up and brushing myself off, I followed my old scent trail back to my tree.

'Ugh so how am I supposed to do this? No doubt the principal will notice that my papers were forged. One of the books said his quirk enhanced his cleverness and tactical thinking or whatever. I'll have to come up with some sort of sob story close enough to my life story so lying will be easier.

'Now the even harder bit. Staying low. I have no clue how strong the slightly above average teen is in this world. Stalking? It would be easy... I could watch some hero fights. Yeah that'll do.'

"Hm. I'm hungry. I do have quite a bit of money left." I grinned my catty grin and swug down onto the grassy ground.
