She was crying her eyes off, screaming on top of her lungs in the middle of an endless field. Everything was so blend and blurry. There wasn't a single living thing in that field. She only felt a nothingness, an emptiness ...
That was her dream last night and she felt so good for the first time in a while .
Her name is Su Linn , a very common name for a girl in Myanmar. She had a traumatic childhood, was always been an outsider in the family and never been a priority to anyone. She doesn't want to talk about her childhood but she used to talk about it to someone she truly loved. And that someone thought she was just being dramatic. Period.
Now she works as a cashier at a mall in Yangon. Everything feels so dead when you're 22 and working like a fucking robot at a mall. Every single day is like the same damn episode that play on TV over and over again . Other girls of her age are out there going on trips and vacations , spending the night at bars and clubs and having the time of their lives.
And there is she, Su Linn, working her ass off as she play her tiny little part in a rich men's game so that she can pay her fucking rent regularly.
Everything feels so black and white. There's no colors in her life.
Sometimes she doesn't know what's happening , she doesn't even know what day it is or where the fuck she's at. She's so lost , so lost in the middle of fucking nowhere. She's so tired, so tired of every-fucking-thing.
She thinks everything's so meaningless. If god exists and give her a wish, she would probably just wish to be a little leaf that is floating down an endless river.
Will the God grant her that kind of wish? Probably not...
