Hm was just blushing hard and she was smiling like an idiot.
It was evening time when hm returned back to home and she looked at kareena who was sitting on the couch holding her stomach.

She went to the kitchen and came back to kareena with a hot water bag.

She sat besides kareena on the couch and slightly moved her saree pallu and placed the hot water bag. While placing it her fingers brush on kareena's belly, and shivers pass through her body. She closes her eyes with the sensations.

After some time kareena places her head on hm's chest and hm wraps her arms around kareena holding her tightly.
Kareena closes her eyes being peaceful.
After some time hm gives her chocolates to eat, she eats it and then hm again holds her saree and removed the hot water bag and placed it aside.
She bend towards her belly and places a soft kiss on it and kareena closes her eyes and mumbles: I love you!
Hm moved towards her forehead and places a soothing kiss there as well and whispered: I love you tooo
And kareena again enters into hm's arms and goes into deep slumber.....
