At this point, everyone already on the surface.
Sans work at the café as a guitarist.
He taken an interest in guitar (the picture) ever since he saw Papyrus enjoy listening to them at the park.
Basically, he is a pro guitarist after 3 years practice.
He always bring his guitar with him so he could cheer his brother and also annoys him :)
He create many song which is hilarious when he sing it himself. He messed with the lyrics with numerous puns!
Sans favourite song is Megalovania along with the other Undertale songs.
Luckily Frisk hasn't reset yet after 3 years later.
Until...
Sans woke up in his room.
He back in Underground.
He doesn't remember anything except his passion towards guitar.
So, he continued to play guitar in free time as it was his nature.
And many resets happened.
He continued his job being a sentry guard.
He doesn't play his guitar when fighting Frisk so bear with it.

And that was his daily life in Underground.
