If you check my account, you'll see this book takes 58 minutes to read. When I saw this, I thought "Oh cool, almost an hour!"
But then... It hit me! I've done all these chapters, which don't add up to an hour. All this time writing and only a little bit of reading time! No one told me this!
And then I figured out the one who did this to me.
Grammarly. Grammarly has been the one shortening my sentences for me. It's supposed to help me, but all it's been doing is making it impossible to reach 100 words per page! It's been adding dashes in-between words like "in between"! The words "One hour" in the title are underlined in RED! They want me to make it ONE-HOUR! Do you understand this insanity?
But then I remembered it's not only Grammarly but also Wattpad! Wattpad must be assuming all my readers are speedy! Maybe my readers read like that one kid in your class who always raises his hand when your teacher asks for reading volunteers!
Almost 80 chapters (not counting the untitled ones) and I have VERY LITTLE TIME! And then I realized it's also DISCORD'S FAULT! DISCORD HAS BEEN DISTRACTING ME FROM MY GOAL!
This is a HUMONGOUS issue! I'm suing these companies.
