Hello again! This is Purim! Thank you for reading this short extra tale!
You know, it always struck me as a bit of a missed opportunity that more Hisuian Pokémon weren't seen in Pokémon Journeys, and so I'm glad I had this opportunity to include one of the more surprising inclusions in the game: a new member of the Forces of Nature. Enamorus adds to the story of these infamous Legendary Pokémon by turning this trio of gods into a quartet of the four auspicious beasts, tying into a very cool element of mythology.
This story was actually written after Book 9, which starts next week, so this was the first thing I ended up writing after I wrote the ending to the story of the Clear Wing. If you're following along as these are being published, you'll see that start next time with the first chapter of 'Chaser and the Faraway Island' - 'Chaser and the Forgotten Island'! I hope you are as excited to read it as I am to share it!
As something of a funny, I ended up writing a bit of a joke that I removed from Part 1 of 'Herald of Spring' that was too funny for me to delete, so I'll present the joke here as it originally appeared:

"You wanna run that by me one more time, sweetheart?"
Even without looking at her, Chloe's threatening tone of voice and emphasis on a pet name told Goh that he had been at least a bit unclear, so he began to backpedal.
"W-What I mean is, there's no right or wrong way to do it. Some couples might continue to bicker a lot, while others are calmer and more predictable, but the most important thing is that they make each other happy, right?"
"Okay, I can agree with that," Chloe said. "Goh and I just like picking on each other. As long as we don't take it seriously it's fine, I think."
"Says the one who usually has the upper hand," Goh laughed.
"I at least try to make it easy for you to come back," Chloe teased. "What kind of girlfriend would
I be if all I did was make it tough on you."
"Misty," Ash said.
The rest of the flight was in complete silence.
