Tsukasa's POV:
Today was the day of Saki's death. I said my part and I left the funeral. I didn't want to be there. Seeing her pale face. Her melancholy expression. I wanted to cry, but if I did, it'd be a sin.
I'd depart this world to see her one more time. I want to see Saki's bright face again. Her smile. That's all I want in this cruel world.
I turn around to see Ichika, her eyes drowning in tears. I feel sick.
"Tsukasa, please. I know you're depressed and all, just don't go too far with the things you're willing to do after this. Saki's death is sad, I know. Just please take care of yourself. Don't do anything horrible, or I won't be able to forgive you."
I just stood there like a pathetic child. I wanted to throw up. It hurts. I hate this feeling. The lump in my throat made me cough.
I wipe my teary eyes and turn around, making sure that Ichika didn't see me like this. I turn around with a smile on my face.
"Don't worry about me! After all, a star shouldn't cry! I miss Saki already. I want to see her again, but I'm sure she enjoys it up there."
"Tsukasa, does she really? Saki might miss her loud, annoying brother. We don't know it, but just stay alive. For Saki. For us."
". . . Okay! I can do that, for sure! You can count on me."
I turn around and head to my car. I just want to go home. I took a shortcut on the way home, then something caught my eye.
"A flower shop. I'll take a detour there I guess." I mumble incoherently to myself.
I park the car my mother lent me and opened the door of the shop. At the counter, I see a tall, violet-haired man with blue streaks.
His outfit was a nearly transparent blouse with a cardigan on top of it, some ripped blue jeans, and a hairclip.
He was watering some succulents, he looked cute while doing it, I'm not even going to deny it. He saw me and he just looked at me. It got awkward. Just then, his face turned red.
I snicker a bit.
"Adorable~ . . ." I put my hand over my mouth as I chuckled.
Just then, his face turned even more red. I think he heard me. That's so embarrassing . . .
The man covered his eyes with a clay pot, I think he got too flustered. What is wrong with me?
I walk up to the counter. It was the two of us. His beady-looking cat eyes followed me.
"Anyways, mind if I get a batch of flowers? Roses. It's for my sister." I said.
The purple-haired man put the pot down.
"Sorry, of course."
