Deku is sitting in Bakugo's apartment with Bakugo's roommate Todoroki. Deku chirps along to some music awaiting Bakugo's return.
"Shut up, Deku." Todoroki says, angrily. "I am sick of hearing your bird voice, I'm trying to watch the television."
Deku seals his beak shut and flaps his wings over to the windowsill. He closes his wee bird eyes and daydreams about his love until eventually the apartment door swings open.
"I'm back Deku! And I have something special for you." Deku's feathers stand on end and he swoops onto Bakugo's shoulder. Bakugo reveals a golden birdcage. "A pretty birdcage for a pretty bird."
Deku wraps his soft green wings around Bakugo's neck and the birdcage is sat next to his bed in his room.
Several happy months pass of pure true boy and bird love.
