Jeong laid in her bed trying to sleep while thinking about her fathers words again "I wish you were dead" and "why can't my daughter be more like ____"

After about 3-4 hours of rolling on her bed and not being able to sleep, she decided to call her beloved best friend, Hyunjin, and after 2 rings he picked up

,,hello?"

,,ah Hyunjin... Sorry for the late night call"

,,it's fine, I wasn't planning to sleep soon anyways, it's still to early for that"

,,but it's 1 am tho?"

,,...yow need anything princess?"

,,...I....Wanted to ask if you... Maybe wanna hang out a bit?"

She started chewing on her finger nail waiting for his response, she only heard a lot of ruffling and shit

,,come on princess! Hang up so I can drive now, I'll be there in a bit!"

She smiled and sighed out before hanging up and smiling brightly

She got off her bed to decide what to wear, in the end she wore a black turtleneck and white sweats then she put on a white jacket before going out and seeing Hyunjin already standing outside.

,,hey!"

,,oh hey! Finally done!"

She just hugged him out of nowhere and he didn't say anything, he knew she needed this hug so he immediately hugged back

,,you smell nice..."

,,now you're smelling me you dog?"

He said jokingly and laughed as she hit his back lightly and chuckled

,,let's go to the playground nearby!"

He suggested as she only hummed as a response and went beside him as they both started walking

While walking he kept on holding her pinky and letting go so she took that as a sign that he wanted to hold her hand, so she took his hand and intertwined their fingers,
